What's up runner fam? Today I bring my top 5 cosmetic mods that'll make your Dodge Challenger or Charger stand out from the pack! There are lots of individuals who despise the Challenger, Charger, Mustang and Camaro due to so many being on the road. In this video I teach you a few ways you can cosmetically mod your car and make yours different from any other on the road! Thanks for watching and don't forget to SMASH the thumbs up button! 🏎💨
I found Tint shops to be the best at car wraps, did a black satin on hood and roof, loving it! Added all weather mats, front and black satin plates. Just meshing in the black satin with the granite. I keep thinking black satin rims eventually when I switch to 275’s.
@@TheGrimRunner I am going to have to car cover the beast. It just loves to much picking up dirt and grit. I even love the black Katzskin seats to death, but as we both know black looks fantastic on a car until it get’s dirty.
Great video! I got the louvers on the back window, looks sick! Also the hurst pistol grip for the 6 speed manual, shifts quicker, plus a nice set of aftermarket rims, cheers from Canada!
Bro I really like the cosmetic mods u added to your challenger. I added the hellcat redeye spoiler to mine 2 weeks ago and it looks real good. I'm going with decepticon theme so I got ride of the dodge letters on the truck and put decepticon on it.
Another simple one is louvers. I got louvers on the side and back window shield. Also you can do aggressive headlights. Gives the car animal/demon eyes. Literally takes 10 mins to mod.
@@TheGrimRunner I actually named it wrong. They’re called headlight visors. You can find them on aggressiveaccessories.com. Another one is you can tint your taillights with a pattern. I have a honeycomb pattern across mine and deleted the dodge emblem. Interior has carbon fiber with punisher theme badges
Appreciate the "incite" as to what to modify, i just recently bought a used cherry red/black trim SXT Plus w/ deleted mufflers and its loud. But looking to change up the interior with some lights, also i have a hood with 2 gill vents in the front but with a black wrap hood ; )
Just subscribed! Love your videos, I got a 2021 Rt brand new in Octane Red and I’m Looking for ways to make it more personal and visually pleasing before I start trying to make it powerful! Love these ideas man
Diffuser, splitter, merrick headlight inserts, side skirts, louvers, shark fin antenna, billet technology engine bay jewelry. There’s so much you can do
Oh man, we've done so much to my Challenger aesthetically and have about every bolt on available except for headers, although they will be next and am going with kooks longtubes. One of the best mods we've done so far believe it or not, is tires & wheels and helped a lot with performance. So l recently got lightweight 17" race rims with 305x45 MT drag radials, and hooks nicely now. Between them both, they are 68 pounds less and freed up some unsprung weight
Right on bro! I'm seriously debating on getting a Hellcat style wheel but I'm looking for a lighter version of what I already have. I want to keep the 20" wheels because I love the overall look. I cannot wait until I can do bolt ons. I'm dealing with not wanting to void my warranty. I only have 4500 miles on mine
@@TheGrimRunner Yeah if aesthetics are more centered around the plan than performance, then thats fine and realize everyone has preferences for their individual build. I think they look good with 20s myself, but another thing I like about smaller diameter rims besides much better performance is that they lowered the overall srance of my Challenger quite a bit by just going with 17s and am really impressed with them as you can tell lol. Because they are smaller, they don't take away the focus of the car itself and feel that is what bigger rims do. Although 20s look good and like I said, I do like them a lot and would have went with them myself if I wasn't looking for the best performance I could get from my SRT8 and allows me to continue to run naturally aspirated. With simple mods, it already runs times similar to 392s & 5.0s and don't know how you can go wrong with that
Thanks for watching fam! Sorry for the late reply. I've heard great things about them. I don't have them myself but I heard they make a quality product
Great video I need to order me one of them little star buttons My RT is hemi orange color first mod that I did was door seals make a world of difference they say Challenger😊🇺🇸
Dope bro! I’m thinking about the door sills myself. I hate looking at mine with currently without anything lol. The start button overall pretty sick though. Subtle but game changing
The way to stand out with your challenger is Fuel Door Splitter Grille Body kit Louver Rear windows/quarter window Headlight halos Tail light tint Tires Stance
Window tent, taillight tent/graphics, black out anything chrome. I feel like those are some subtle things that make a big difference though. Oh and louvers on the rear windshield.
I have my hood wrapped black, black fuel cap, black powder coated wheels... Still want my mirrors blacked, but for now I just put those stretchy covers on ... next is probably going to be louvers... I like the detail stitching on the headrests, gonna be looking into that soon..
Nice car bro !! I just got my 2021 Scat Pack challenger. Can you tell me where did you get those custom leather interior mod from ? Is there a website I can order it from ? Please let me know thanks
I'm starting to wish I had got the actual shaker hood. Everytime I see a black challenger with a shaker hood it stands out even though it's a stock option
Here is the direct link bro. It's a cuda style stripe: www.ebay.com/itm/Dodge-Challenger-2008-2019-Strobe-Racing-Side-Stripes-Decals-Choose-Color/152588449632
@@shannontaylor5173 Thanks bro! I will do some research on these and see how they look. I would love to go widebody on mine but then i'll need bigger wheels and larger tires lol
@@TheGrimRunner the regular body challenger has a few more options. The widebody had very few for the side skirts. But I'm really glad I got them. They make the car look lower and aggressive, and are also functional for body and paint protection. Be sure and post if you do the mod! 👍
I eventually want to transition to 275 tires on front and back, does anyone know of rims that are lighter than the Factory OEM 20” ones? I don’t want to slap a bigger tire that would be more weight than stock and put stress on the axle, brakes and suspension. The oldest trick in the book on car racing, reduce weight, less stress.
I feel you with the weight thing. I definitely want to minimize mine as much as possible. There are some aftermarket rims around that are definitely lighter than one. Just have to do a little digging be I know there are
@@TheGrimRunner I have a 2015 Sublime RT , halo color shift lights, hand pinstriping And green leds in the dome lights , and pedal commander no issues after 3 years
@@TheGrimRunner found a nice one for a decent price but everyone I’ve talked to has had a less than painless experience with them. Apparently this one isn’t super strong
I did the headrest they came out great. I'll show u a picture but I can't post a picture here..u have a email or something I can send the picture? If u have IG hit me up njshorechallenger
Bro I really like the cosmetic mods u added to your challenger. I added the hellcat redeye spoiler to mine 2 weeks ago and it looks real good. I'm going with decepticon theme so I got ride of the dodge letters on the truck and put decepticon on it.
Thanks bro! Sorry for the late reply. I've been dealing with some personal issues so I had to take a few days off. I know that Hellcat spoiler is fire man. I've been debating on removing my Dodge and going with just a blank template in the back 🔥🔥
