maybe some neoclassical and tapping in there too personally but yeah same lol. pentatonic is best that satanic shit he did with the gnarly squealing is something i wanna start doing now too lmao
Is because is the first one people learn. Is easy, sounds awesome, and a lot of great guitar players use it. So if you wanna play along to some Metallica you gotta master the pentatonic scale.
Things tend to be become generic because someone at one point did something so impressive others sought to copy it and now so many people copy it to the point of ubiquity. That being said people tend to become really fucking good at playing the "generic stuff".
Solo 1- Children of Bodom's 90s leftover Solo 2- Ron Jarzombek in 2007 appoves of this solo Solo 3- Michael Romeo after too many mocha shakes Solo 4- The vibrato never ends!! Solo 5- Kirk Hammett leftover without the overused wah wah
Demonic solo is basically all of Kerry King and most of brutal extreme satanic gore whatever metal. Pentatonic is our Lord and Davior MegaDave and the Wahnder boi Kirk Wahmett and in fact 90% of rockers.
Wow dude! personally I don't give one rat's arse about generic or not but your playing is frickin AMAZING! like really bloody world class good! how are you not a world famous 'guitar god' or whatever they call them nowadays?
That is exactly what I came down here to say: the pentatonic solo one has MegaDave feeling personally targeted. Not to mention the fourth one (satanic solo) put Kerry King in the bullseye.
I don’t know why your videos have such low views ? You’re an amazing guitarist like Rob Scalon and all the other youtubers. Your videos deserve to be known worldwide \m/ keep on the good work \m/
Dude! That "demonic" solo is so seriously goood (2:03 - 2:24)! I would listen to much more of that as a proper death metal (or darker heavier thrash-groove-industrial) band. It's a fully legit awesome piece of music.
@@daoyang223 I absolutely agree... stevie and Ola have been my favourite two... but I cant see either of them doing tornado of souls backwards. And this fella is more educated and disciplined. But Stevie is DEFINITELY in my top 3 technical guitar favourites. Probably number 2, only second to this artist and NOT far behind him.
@@LouisvilleRenaissanc Haha I like Stevie T. I don't think he can play like this guy though. I just really enjoy his technicality and his phrasing. He has a sense of melody that I enjoy thoroughly when he shreds. Reminds me of John Petrucci.
@@jaeva7276 i love rick graham but I dont watch him enough i guess. I love stevie becuase he does a lot of videos where he composes his own solos for fun and hes great
Your videos are some of the funniest I know on youtube... No talking, just guitar and fun ! Perfect. And I like the solo at the end (although it was not in this video) !
nice job with the pentatonic.. I like the solos that are understandable and make since to me musically. It has a good flow, but doesn’t sound convoluted at all.
I could swear that, as you played the first solo, I heard Tony MacAlpine whisper on the wind... "Don't be a BEOTCH..." Beyond that, you appear to be an insanely awesome guitar player. Law dictates that I must subscribe to your channel now. Keep on rocking!!!
