Brett was my favorite this year, even though I've been rooting for Tyler the entire game, Brett made the season more fun for me, because he's the asshole I wish I could be. Lol 😂

The Brigade deserves another video’s worth of discussion and analysis. The cohesiveness of their alliance has been unparalleled by any alliance since. They were a well-oiled machine that succeeded because they were all competent players for different reasons, which prevented them from canabalizing each other. If the season ended with any one of the four members winning, it could have been understood and appreciated by the audience. The Detonators were like the ‘96 Bulls. Derrick was Jordan, Cody was Pippen, and Frankie was the crazy wild card Rodman. Their alliance had good players other than Derrick, but he was the only GOAT tier player in the alliance.
@Cody Sunseri They were portrayed as idiots because Derrick was so good that he made them look that way. Only one player has played again from that season, so it's not the best sample size. However, Nicole went back and won.
@@Peridiamwould it be about the evolution of jury managment/bitter juries? I wonder because if I had to wager Evel Dick would not win a contemporary season due to his behavior. And I could see Paul winning a pre-BB14 season. Please don't flame me. Just my opinion! 😅
I would love to see this. I feel like it’s such a crucial aspect of the game that a lot of great players overlook, ultimately leading to their defeat (like Paul and even now with Tyler).
BB12 was my first season too. I thought it was unbelievable what the Brigade was able to do how they never felt worried until final 8. And for 3 of them to get top 3.
Andrew G i like matt a lot but there’s no way he should be on that list. putting up andrew and kathy week 3? even his diamond pov use was a bit suspect
If Tyler doesn’t win we riot. At least this season if Kaycee wins I will still feel satisfied bc she won a lot of comps stayed loyal to her alliance and played hard but Tyler masterminded it all Tyler kept level 6 safe even then they shouldn’t have been. He made everyone think they had him in their corner when he was really only loyal to level 6 he was only ever put on the block twice and only once at the actual nomination ceremony. I just hope Haleigh isn’t the only person smart enough to vote for who played the best game not based on salt
Miriam Salah that’s what makes chill town the best. They invited people pretended to and the thing with chill town they don’t care about stabbing people in the back or breaking deals right lying to people
really great vid, i think you made excellent points and i agree with your ranking! especially with the friendship being an honourable mention! hope when you do do dynamic duos you bring up jun and allison from bb4 :)
Okay so I just recently discovered your channel (and am loving it). But I have to say, I think the power alliance from this 2020 season might mark higher then all of these & the season has not even finished playing out yet!
The bregade truly showed that a social game is so powerful. Granted they did win some comps but thay wasnt their focus. They made themselves likable and intergrated with differnt groups so they always had some influence or control. It was my first season too and i was just so impressed
This list was perfect! I was a little hesitant when I saw the Scamper Squad but your logic was sound for them; although maybe I would have put them below The Detonators
Oh yeah, alliance of 4 formed within a couple hours of entering the house, all making top 5 with members finishing 1st and 2nd. 8 HOH wins and 7 vetos between the 4 of them.
I didn’t start officially watching Big Brother from start to end until Season 15 after years of begging my mom to let me watch it with her and my older brother, but I do remember seeing bits and pieces of older seasons when passing by while they were watching, so I still remember people like Ian, Dan, Jordan, Jeff, Rachel and Brendon as well as hearing about Chilltown. Ever since I started watching seriously I’ve been so hooked, so much so to where at one point my mom and brother just decided they weren’t going to watch season 16 for whatever reason and I stuck with it the whole time, which I still consider to be one of the best seasons (that I have seen) although I know there were other great ones in earlier seasons I missed. I honestly go through such withdrawals every time the show ends, and it’s my goal to go back and watch every season ever. After my mom would not shut up about Dr. Will and his season I was finally able to watch it, but I want to continue on. I know there are a select key seasons people recommend to watch, but I really want to go in order (yes including even season 1 which didn’t really count) just so I can get the experience of watching them all. The problem is I am having such a hard time finding somewhere where I can watch all the seasons. There are a few on youtube, but like I said I want to be able to go in order. Is there any website or place that has all of the seasons I could watch for free or even for some type of small membership free, or is the only way to just get CBS All Access (and do they even have every season on there?)
Love the story here. I stick with the path of least resistance: CBS All Access (commercial free!). They have every season of BB & Survivor. It’s all I use, though it’s not free. I believe you can check Dailymotion too. I’m positive there are numerous other sites hosting them.
I would love to see a video discussing the jury format. By this I mean that I know in the jury house they do not get to see everything and only see so many clips, which I believe they changed so that jurers wouldn’t get strongly upset by things said in DR sessions, but I genuinely believe that if the jury got to watch the whole season from start to end it would really change the way they vote. Even with Tyler, he did pretty well with his final speech (a lot better than I thought he would) but him saying that he was behind the scenes controlling everything doesn’t really mean anything to the jury if he can’t provide specific examples within the allotted time given (which I think needs to be longer but that’s another story). Especially since as of lately the jury seems to keep getting more and more bitter, I feel like if they were able to see the full extend of everything that happened then they genuinely might be able to start setting aside their emotions if they see really good gameplay. That’s why half the time the pre-juror evictees (even in this season) have some better and more rationalized thoughts about who they think should win because they got to see everything and could separate their emotions from the game afterwards. As an example, both Swaggy C and Winston were saying how they genuinely believed Tyler played the best game but didn’t think the jury would vote for him due to bitterness. I know that some consider that “the beauty of the game” but I just think that something needs to be changed about the jury process/voting in future seasons.
i love that theyre all screaming in the rooms about their alliances and naming them loud af and now in bb21 cliff whispers alone in a room for two minutes and everyone hears it 😂😂
An interesting video you should do is a top 5 interesting big brother players who we didn't get to see their full potential e.i cause of early eviction, emotion, strategy etc
A video idea for big brother or survivor could be a top list of players that went from making big moves that changed their game to then making stupid decisions that costed them their game.
I know this was 2018, but The Cookout was to me the best alliance, because no one suspected them and they were intact until the end, not to mention, they made history 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Similarities between scamper squad and quack pack: 4 of them made f5, 4 of them had made another alliance with a duo that fell apart, and then added one alternate person who then won the season.
