I enjoy your videos! I like when you talk about the surrounding areas of Lexington and have the short video clips of the neighborhoods you're discussing. Tell me more about Nicholasville. Any recommendations for adjacent cities that are close to major medical? Mallard Point in Georgetown looks amazing as well.

Thank you! Nicholasville is a very popular neighboring city. You can get to most of the major medical locations within 20 minutes of some areas of Nicholasville. The areas around Brannon Crossing have experienced the most growth there, and it’s also as close to Lexington as you get while being in Nicholasville. It also has a lot of luxury properties there. Versailles is full of horse and bourbon country. Richmond is going through a lot of growth with new construction and people commute from there.
