Where are you getting your info because EVERYTHING I'm hearing is the Spurs are NOT looking to tank next season, they already have Victor and Vassell and Sochan who they view as longterm core pieces, they're going to try and win more next year, make a push. They probably won't make the playoffs, though barring something catastrophic like an injury to one of their core, they'll likely end up in the late lottery where guys like Cooper Flagg and Ace Bailey will be long gone. Also Spurs don't need a redshirt draft pick like Topic -- they have three 1st round picks in next year in a MUCH deeper draft pool: their own, Chicago''s first, and Atlanta's first. Think you're just operating off pure speculation at this point.

"partially torn" does not equal "torn". they have different timetables for return to play. that said, i do think that topic to the spurs at 8 is a reasonable mock.

Orlando at #18. I think he is overrated as a lottery pick due to Luka's success but I wish him well. I hope this lowers expectations and gives him a chance to adjust to the league.

@@Dave-nm8uf If they can get 4&8 out of SA for #1, I wouldn't call it stupid. Might even cost more than that. I think Sarr is a safer bet than Risacher, but it's entirely possibly Sarr becomes Miles Turner or maybe not even that good. So he's no sure thing as a #1 pick

@@mikesteinkrauss9773 A team with six wings on it already and yet you are going to draft another wing with the first pick, one who cannot shoot off the bounce is wild to me. The worst of Sarr is at least a couple of defensive player of the year awards. I would rather the Hawks bust drafting Sarr than any other player in this draft. This is not the NFL where trading down for more picks is a real thing. In a draft that is perceived to be weak and the Hawks already having a lot of young players on their roster makes no sense. I sense another laughingstock scenario coming for the Hawks.

@ShadowSelf216 I'd hope hes better considering he's five years older than topic. When Tyler kolek was topic age he was averaging 10 PPG 3 rpg and 2 APG shooting 40 percent from the field at a team that is barely d1 considering I've never heard of them called George Mason.
