Few corrections: Astha green No oc received Apex no registration from last 4 years Gaur soundaryam resale is 11k to 13.5k per sq ft Ace divino is a good project and the area will develop in the next 5-7 years

Hey Anshu, we have seen a deal go through(in smaller sizes) at prices mentioned in the video. Resale prices are very much dependent on their owners. Yet, you’re right, prices are shooting up in this range too.

@@puneet6214 I feel like crc sublimis is better among these two because the society is maintained properly also the loading is less , layout is also fine and the location is better than ace divino , ace divino is a bit deserted , whereas near sublimis you can find good societies like ats rhapsody and mall centre opposite the road
Hey Abhishek, it has been named amongst one of the new good ones. That sector is low density so it’s well connected and calmer than others. Sec 1, GreNo West is a futuristic location. It’s a reasonable choice for people seeking lifestyle amenities and greenery together.
