I had H Pylori and had stomach pain for 30 months. I did everything natural to get rid of it . I did mastic gum, licorice root, slippery elm, broccoli sprouts, brocolli, yogurts, keifer, etc. They worked sometimes but the pain would come back and be unbearable. I would walk hunched over in pain and felt like I had ulcers. Maybe I did. I was throwing up all the time and still no medication. I was determined to heal it naturally. One day at the Natural Food Co-OP a lady who worked there couldn't find the mastic gum I was looking for but said L Reuteri may help. I was so desperate I tried it and I haven't had any pain higher than a 1/10 since 5 minutes after taking L Reuteri. I am still in awe and tell everyone. I have to go back to that store, find that lady and give her a huge thank you. I felt like I was dying and even cried because I couldn't fix it. This L Reuteri is so amazing and I'm sold forever.
I'm with this. I had H Pylori for few months part year and our was brutal. I did everything shy of antibiotics but nothing helped. I learned about L Reuteri and started making my own yogurt with it. Within a week I was feeling significantly better and by two weeks I fully recovered and could eat anything again.
I have added L Reuteri for the last 4 months or so. Definitely noticed greater hair growth, previously I had some thinning areas at my temples. Also better, deeper sleep and a mellow mood.
One piece of advice l would offer is don't give up! It isnt resolved in one month!!! Stick with it for 3 months. This is maximum cell turn over. Stay calm and enjoy your life..🎉
I was about to give a thumbs up but then you crashed. Junk food bad, true. Then you said to cut out dairy and red meat. This is when you lost my vote. Like you, I was biased until my health deteriorated from a plant-based diet. Like it or not, animal protein contains the essential nutrients mandatory for HUMAN health. I was all whole food, plant based for years and was so sick. Had to do an elimination diet with all kinds of expensive lab testing. My gut health was restored by eliminating many of the plant foods causing my sibo and leaky gut. I also added back in the animal protein nutrients my body was lacking and regained my health. Good luck. L Reuteri is a great probiotic but it can only do so much. Proper nutrients do matter.
You are so bang on the money💥 Carnivore changed my life and still work in progress. Carnivore optimum healing way of eating! I incorporated L Reuteri and has helped me tremendously. Keep an open mind.! I learnt the hard way! Don't You!!!❤
The multi bacteria supplements fail because the amount is too small. Instead it would be more beneficial to make your own yogurt with only l. reuteri bacteria. But you need to buy probiotics that have only l. reuteri for that. Not a mix. People had those experiences with l. reuteri yogurt because it has higher amount of l. reuteri.
I agree, and that's what I've been doing for a couple of weeks now. I'm expecting it to take another week or so for the effects to really get kicking in, but I feel loads better already.
This product doesn't actually do anything to stop the progression of androgenic alopecia. Maybe you will grow extra hair but your baldness will progress with it simultaneously. Taking this stuff without any anti-androgens is just a temporary offset.
That’s not true. I just read the study. It states that significant skin improvements were found in both male and female mice, but more so in the females. It also stressed the noticeable shininess in the females’ fur coats, but did not say that the shininess of the males’ fur coats did not also improve. In fact, it later states “An interesting aspect of robust hair growth was recently revealed in aged male mice drinking L. reuteri daily in water (Levkovich et al., 2013). The hirsute outcome was due to a microbe-induced follicular shift toward a robust 70% of follicles in anagen phase (Levkovich et al., 2013).”
If you want to get, imho, the BEST L. reuteri, get the correct strain and culture it yourself by turning it into yogurt, low and slow for 36 hours. The strains you want for maximum benefit are the L. reuteri ATCC PTA 6475 and the L. reuteri DSM 17938.
That's what I do, for me the heath benefits are huge. Now at age 59 I have so much sebum from my scalp permanently, almost as much as when I was a teenager which is a bit annoying because I need to fully wash my spectacles and forehead x4 times a day similar to my school days to remove the substantial greasy build up. In term of good effects however just weeks after starting the L Reuteri yogurt I completely cured my chronic rhinitus which I've had for decades and doctors were unable to treat then suddenly and now for 6 months that is just gone which is awesome, another unusual one which I think is linked to sebum and testosterone is that within 6 weeks my balls actually became much bigger and I had to really adjust the way I walk to remove the ball ache I started getting walking with my normal walking gate. Another great improvement is face and neck collagen volume just appeared giving me a much younger looking face and neck for free .... no clinics involved or any other treatments or practices. Finally I've noticed a reversal in hair colour from grey to dark brown on my face and all over my body. In conclusion I'm now addicted to L Reuteri, it just seems a no brainer to stay younger and healthier. The benefits I found may be different for others experience because we are all uniquely different and my benefits may also only be so noticeable because of my healthy eating, focus on good sleep and exercise. I can't comment on hair regrowth because I shave my head and like it that way. Tablets could be helpful as a backup for times when I'm travelling and don't have the opportunity to make my fermented dairy (like a yogurt but only L. Reuteri) so I'll have a look at the product information from hairguard
