The door lock thing is pretty standard for most cars of this era, all my 80s Mazda's and Ford's did this. You can just get a light control module or resistor to do proper winks with ur lights... The shifter shouldn't shake like that, the engine/box mounts are probably toast and you can also get a rear PPF brace to help
