Hi everybody, this vidio shows 5 popular shaper cutters for entrance door, cabinet, and solid wood floor, to test the cutter, we use a spindle moulder with 8000rpm, to make all clear to see, there is no sheild, we use a motor for feeding, and we are far from machine, we strongly suggest that you put proper safe sheild and wear ear cup to protect yourselves, and we are not intend to teach anyone to do like that.
The shaper cutter we use is weld carbide tips, which is stable than assembling cutter, and easy to balance, but every kind of shaper got its own advantages and dis-advantages.
The cutter for spindle moulder is 30/35mm diameter inner hole, which is common size. For four side moulder we have 40/45mm.
