@@mayanknath8420 during my training for zonal competition I tried fish oil tablets with water/milk after 3to 4 weeks I spotted little white spot on my back, arms , shoulder , and little bit on neck it's will look like vitiligo but it will create itching ....... So try to stay with natural protein or take un flavoured whey protein as it helps more easy digest
@@youvakishore4344Folic acid can cause cancer if you continuously take it for more than 5-6 months. Hence, consume for 3 months & then take 1 month break & then start again. Also, keep changing multivitamins after every 3 months.

Standard dose for vit D3 60k is weekly for 8 to 12 weeks. ( Loading phase ) It's a fat soluble vitamin and accumulates in the body over time. Maintenance dose is 60k IU once a week after that. Excess D3 can increase chances of renal calculi. Specially if you're dehydrated so it should be kept in mind. As for multivitamins, most multivitamins aren't good, because the dose required for some of them is too big to pack into a single tab / capsules. You can however get micronutrient suppliments which is what most people lack ( farmers don't enrich soil with these )
@@shankar7435 Vitamin K deficiencies are very rare even globally due to the fact that it is found easily in both veg and non-veg food sources and human body can make vitamin k2 from k1 using gut bacterias. There are some debates on this topic regarding conversion rates being slow for k1>k2 but then again the fact that vit K deficiencies are rare cases is quite evident to say that conversion rate is optimal. That is why you usually won't find commonly available multivits including k2 separately in their compositions. So, take K2 only if you are deficient in it. Generally when doc prescribes d3 supplementations they usually add along calcium supplements too with it but you'll notice they rarely prescribe K2 with it. Even calcium is optional with d3 depending on the diet. When my doc suggested me d3 supplements he added calcium supplements too but when I told him my diet includes 100gms of paneer daily, 250ml milk and around 50gms curd, he immediately removed calcium from the prescription 😂
Bro everything is great..just one correction, u don't need to take supradyn everyday..3-4 times/week is good enough...it consists fat soluble vitamins as well...kisi kisi ko bloating ho jaega... Love you ❤
