Malaysia provide cheap World class facilities with high standard of living, multi cultures of races, peaceful and living in harmony. Malaysia Truly Asia 🇲🇾👍
@Life in Asia Malaysia be my kind of country to visit and possibly live in. Here in the USA not so cheap. Banks here in the US that do loans on housing or business have high interest rates then low interest rates. Prices of food keep going up as well as gas prices. Affordable Healthcare, rent that is cheap, housing cheap, grocery stored cheap. Can't get non of that here in the US much anymore. But Malaysia with different cultures, oh man, my kind of place to be. People there are friendly, tolerate of each other. Here in the US, not so much. Hard to say something that won't fend somebody off in the US. Malaysia would be my kind of country. Pretty much gotta be rich or good money just to afford anything now a days here in the US. Transportation thats cheap, cannot beat that.
1. Total gun control. Unlike the US. 2. Don't do drugs. The punishments are death or long term prison sentences. 3. Go elsewhere if you are into red light districts. 4. You can buy freehold land and properties under your name in Malaysia, unlike most of SEAsia. Peace of mind. 5. A couple can live a very good upper middle class life with USD2,500 per month. Esp if you live outside KL and the Klang Valley. 6. Nobody buys dishwashers. You can eat out almost everyday. Local food is very affordable. 7. Get to travel to SEAsian countries, Australia, China, Japan and Korea on low cost carriers if you use Malaysia as a base. The KLIA 2 is the hub for Air Asia. 8. Eating durian is not mandatory. Try other tropical fruits. 9. There are more than 20 private universities if you want to pursue a degree. A postgraduate degree at a public university is cheap, if you qualify. The language of instruction is in english. 10. Make friends with locals. Malaysians are cheapskate. They'll give you great tips.
