Since I can block better with single knee rather than primary regular I tried the way Patric Bailey on the giants throw down from singe knee but don’t really know how to do it. By any chance do you. Ik you did the softball way like sliding your hips but I like the way of like popping up. Now it kind of seems like I know how to do this with the way I’m talking but I don’t really understand so could you by chance do a video on that please. Sorry such a long comment 😅 have a good day
