1.Arteta 2.Ten hag 3.should be Klopp, but it will likely be Poch due to Chelsea fans hating managers. 4.Klopp(most likely) 5.Howe(Newcastle fans realize that Newcastle overachieved last season making top four sooner then expected, so Howe isn`t under much pressure, Newcastle niether the club not the fans seem to be in a rush to win, they seem to wanna build a foundation for success in a similar way to what City did, slowly getting better and better.)

I think eth, already had a decent squad, has spent a lot since he came in (not that that's an issue for man u), Ralph was brought in to set up the club for him & he started early in the off season, rather than December. Man u had had their wrist finish ever but not like they shouldn't been there. They did well in the table last year, but it didn't feel right, like all is well, hasn't started great, (but that's been the last five years & they've finished second & sixth). Feels as though is they don't win something, & at least challenge for the title, he might be gone, but next year. I actually don't see any of these guys getting sacked this year, unless it goes horribly wrong

Arteta is in no jeopardy whatsoever. His team's average age is 24 and the owners understand that last season's title challenge happened a bit ahead of schedule and that this team he has built will not hit its collective peak until 2-3 years from now. Postecoglu is in no jeopardy for different reasons. I think that ETH is clearly the most in jeopardy manager on the list quickly followed by Pochettino strictly because it's Chelsea. But if ETH does not get a grip on his midfield, if Hojlund does not score goals, and if he does not get career high performances out of a few players, things could end up going quite badly. If somehow United fall out of the top 5 and miss out on the CL, I think ETH will be gone.

tbf I agree he has pressure on but I think some of it is unjust, over the summer there has been a sudden pressure on him. finished 3rd last season in a season where he had to deal with ronaldo and being left in absolute mess from rangnick, been given constant 3rd choice signings like weghorst. I agree we need to see progress and a good style of play, but I think the pressure is a bit premature 13 months into the job.

Arteta is not under big pressure compared to the other managers on that list. Finishing 2nd last season was totally unexpected. He has improved the squad and obviously fans would like a title challenge and a decent CL run but there is the small matter of going up against treble winners with an alien up front, coached by the best manager in history. Klopp, Poch and Ten Hag are under way more pressure.

1. Arteta - "the process" continues and needs to start bearing the fruit that's been hoped for. A trophy is required this season. Though, I don't think the Arsenal owners are interested in sacking Arteta even if the results aren't as good as last season. 2. Ten Hag - lots of money spent, needs to show that man united are in an upward trajectory. 3. Howe - A bit like Ten Hag, needs to show the upward trajectory. Another top 4 finish would be required. 4. Klopp - Needs to show that last season was a one-off, but honestly Klopp is probably perma-safe at LP. 5. Poch - Just because of the nature of being a manager at Chelsea and how the club get impatient with their managers, he gets on this list. Though I think he's safe this season no matter the results. 6. Postecoglou - Probably NOT under pressure unless the whole thing goes sideways badly. I could interchange Poch & Postecoglou on this list. Those are my thoughts.

Liverpool are under pressure, but not Klopp. Because if Liverpool have another season where they miss the top 4 and miss contending for the Prem, which I don’t see happening, but if they do I could see a world where Klopp leaves and heads to Real Madrid. Madrid got most of the transfer targets Klopp wanted to get at Liverpool and they could get anybody Klopp ever wanted down the road. The narrative that Eddie Howe is “Mark Hughes” of Newcastle is so lazy! Im not for any stretch saying he is the next Fergie but what if he is? People are so quick to call for a “big manager” but where were these big managers before they were given the title of “big manager” at some point a new crop of big managers come along as the old ones become outdated (as a lot of them are now) We are so quick to dismiss a manager who has taken a team from 20th to 4th in 18 months as “another Mark Hughes” its crazy. I agree with Arteta being the most under pressure in a point of view where prem and champions league is a success. But judging from the comments it’s making me think Arsenal fans don’t mind just being up there finishing top 4 every season and mount a title challenge here and their. It’s the 4th year he’s in charge and has already spent plenty of money, how many years is okay till he wins the 2 big ones. From what I know. Wenger got sacked for that reason because he couldn’t win any of them for a long period of time even though he finished top 4 all the time. Arteta is basically doing what Wenger got sacked for ? What am I missing here?

Klopp - two bad seasons in a row would be worrying - especially since most rate liverpool a top 3 team Ten hag - last season wasnt spectacular and there we alot of allowances for poor performance. Theyve spent large and are already playing underwhelmingly Arteta - i think only at risk if arsenal dont qualify for champions league. the fans, players and club seem to adore him Poch - first season shouldnt come with alot of expectation, but it is chelsea. Ange - nothing should be expected. theyve lost their best ever player and the squad isnt built for the way he wants to play yet. he would need 2-3 years to get tottenham back on track fully

Arsenal’s owners don’t believe in the hire and fire culture of modern football. Any solid squad that has longevity will take twice as long as people think in terms of overhauling an entire squad and clicking together. But add the fact most Arsenal players are very young and it’s not a mystery at all. It’s a mystery to fans of other clubs who don’t have the privilege to have any form of sustained development.

I said this a couple of years ago, Klopp's strength is sometimes his biggest weakness. He has too much of an emotional connection with players, the club and players. This is why he doesn't get rid of players, this is why he accepts the nonsense from the ownership. He should never have signed the contract. That was his biggest mistake. Given the ownership's reputation, he shouldn't have signed

He literally has to change all the players from starting 11 and the benched to improving arsenal squad... use ur brain when youre talking, don't see how much he spends, but look how much has he improved within the squad... chelsea has spends over 1 billion just look how shxt they spends that money

why is ange not there on any list? i agree with adam, spurs are a consistent contender in the top 4 or top 6 (european competitions) and with how the last season ended, the pressure on ange is all about going for the same position like the 3-4 seasons before last year
@dmore
@dmore 11 месяцев назад
Nah, the pressure is off Ange because Spurs are essentially in a transition period now from Kane Era to Post Kane Era. Like they mentioned, there's been a mood issue around Spurs from the last couple of managers, so if he lifts that it'll give him a little extra grace with the fans. That plus the fact that, unless someone in the team suddenly steps up to replace them, people will point to the loss of Kane's 30 goals as a major factor. Most recognise that the squad Spurs have currently is suited to a defensive style of football, which is the complete opposite of Ange's philosophy. He wont come under any pressure until next season (unless things go really really, bottom half of the table, wrong), when he's then had three windows to bring in some players to fit his system properly. Then he'll really start to be judged.

Ten Hag has the highest chance to be sacked here. Because of the usual high expectations with United and also because he's overrated. Pochettino is 2nd in the line, simply because it's Chelsea. Arteta is safe, in fact Kroenkes can not believe their luck with Mikel, he ticks all their boxes. Plus it's a young team and if they won't beat ManCity/Guardiola it's not the reason for sacking at all. As long as Arsenal are in the CL, Arteta is super safe. Even if they drop out of top 4 for one season, he's safe. Klopp has earned some time, Howe - here I'm not sure. Newcastle owners with all their money may suddenly change the manager if they see a much better candidate and if the club drops out of the top 6.

@sashbar 10 месяцев назад
@@saiyerugara9038 Now it's October and Ten Hag did something no one else did for United since 1989. 7 games, 9 points. 7 goals scored, 11 conceded. The worst start for 33 years for United. No identity, no style, no vision. So I'll stick to my predictions: Ten Hag, Pochettino is 2nd. Arteta is safe.
@saiyerugara9038
@saiyerugara9038 10 месяцев назад
@sashbar I'd still go Pochettino but maybe Ten Hag gets in over Arteta now. Only reason Jose got until December when they were 16th is because of what he did before. Ten Hag at least has a Cup and a Final, I don't know how Chelsea supporters will take a Tottenham guy who doesn't have prior history and is losing with them.
@sashbar
@sashbar 10 месяцев назад
@@saiyerugara9038 Well, Poch has a lot more EPL gravitas than Ten Hag IMHO, he carried Spurs to a CL final, to a FA final as well if my memory serves me right, had them finished 2nd in the PL. Trophies are never guaranteed, but he proved he could build a great team playing attractive football. Also, Chelsea now are in transition, they have lots of new young players, they need time to gel etc etc, so Poch has some excuses. What excuses does Ten Hag have now, apart from injuries, I don't know. He's a good coach and tactician, but United need fundamental changes: players, personnel, team ethics, he needs to rebuild and unite the club and the fans in a way Arteta has done with Arsenal. Is he able to do it? I doubt it, I just don't see the drive, the character. The only excuse for him I can think of it's all Glazers, who do not want to commit to a big long term project to rebuild the club. But he can not put it on the table negotiating with the owners. It's his job to convince the owners, again, just like Arteta convinced Kroenkes that he had the vision and qualities to rebuild the club. To be honest Ten Hug does not look like this kind of manager, he looks weak for such a monumental United job. The moment senior players stop backing him, he's gone in my opinion. Question is, who's next? There are not many ready made candidates for this job.
@saiyerugara9038
@saiyerugara9038 10 месяцев назад
@sashbar He did not carry Spurs to the final. So Poch scored the hattrick Moura scored or had the seasons Kane and Son had that season. He also did not reach FA finals with Spurs; he was beaten by Jose and Conte. I don't think Ten Hag is safe by any stretch but Chelsea change the manager more or less every other year of the decade, hell last season they had 4 managers. Don't think that happened with United in the post-Ferguson era and definitely not for a long time.
