For every great record this year, there seemed to be a couple real stinkers. Today, we're going over the most annoying, boring, and in some cases insulting albums of 2019 one last time before looking to the future.

Posthumous Humiliation is one of the best death metal albums of the last decade. I don't really understand how you could listen to it and perceive it as derivative, especially of early Carcass. Honestly, I like the sound so much that I've sought more things with a similar style and haven't found anything that really scratches the same itch. I'd compare it to Deicide. Certainly nothing generic about what they're doing. You've got a strange ear I think.

My thoughts exactly, holy shit. Your take was spot on. You need a certain ear for savagery to get the most out of pissgrave. Sounds like cryptopsy-none so vile + incantation/deicide riffing. Just eats away at my ears.

Yeah homie's trippin. I've always been a tech snob when it comes to metal but Posthumous Humiliation and to a greater extent, Suicide Euphoria, got me into that super brutal side of the genre. Pissgrave is that band that represents all the most savage, animalistic urges of man; and that's why I love them. I'd compare it to early Bolt Thrower and Deicide, like you said.

@@salamandress hell yeah man, I’m pretty much a death metal only listener, brutal death is my favorite kind (deeds of flesh, defeated sanity) and while pissgrave sounds nothing like those bands, the savagery, filthy violence, and desire to destroy everything is entirely there. Nice to see someone else pick up on the genius presented on this album, I’ve seen so many reviews calling it “mindless noise” when it’s obvious the album is simply too heavy and abrasive for the reviewer to handle or enjoy. Huh, I went back and checked out the tremors video, because I guess I missed it. There's no politics or reason to call you sjw in there that I could perceive of. People are dumb. Keep making reviews, they're up there in quality with banger in my opinion.

Has anyone mentioned that The Three Tremors seem to have used a pun in their name? There is a group--a much better one--known as The Three Tenors. If you've never heard of them, then I'd assume opera is not your cup of tea.

I decided to listen to that album by rings of Saturn and not only do I agree with you but I heavily agree with you because the mix itself sounds so dull in comparison to some of the stuff I’ve recorded and mixed Out of my own room using Amp sims and cab impulse responses. The guitars sound mono as fuck and the palm you sound like farts on the low end versus tight chunky and full.

Pissgrave is interesting, thats my opinion, through what i can hear the riffs sound decent, now the mix, lmao id honestly rather listen to a blasphemy record then it, cant hear the vocals for shit

Been enjoying going through old content but dam you get pissed about bands having Centerist or right leaning views. If you're really that passionate about one side or the other I can kind of understand, but criticizing music like Thy Art Is Murder for being Centrist is a little absurd, especially since many people think both American political parties are really two sides of the same coin.
