An important piece of information that wasn't mentioned during the part about Freddie Mercury's teeth is that he was born with extra ones (2 pairs top and bottom at the back I think) . An important and interesting piece of information by itself but especially relevant when talking about how his teeth enabled him to produce the vocal range and sounds that he wouldn't have been able to otherwise

His teeth had very little to do with his range and sound in his singing. I’m not being a comment hater, just calling out something that is truly misleading. While the sounds we make when singing can be effected by our mouths shape, it only effects our resonance and annunciation, at times. Our singing voice primarily comes from our larynx (voice box), diaphragm (inhalation), & vocal cords (exhalation). Saying stuff like you said is how misinformation gets started. There have always been articles and studies that put way too much emphasis on teeth effecting singing, but there are endless examples of some of the greatest singers of all time completely redoing their teeth with zero effect on their singing. Whether missing teeth (Paul Rodgers, et Al), getting dentures (Elton John, et Al), applying veneers (too many to mention, lol), or losing teeth, very rarely is someone’s singing ability or sound is effected. Sorry for the long comment, just wanted to clarify a misleading comment. Had Freddy worn braces, or had a complete Re-do of his teeth, he would have sounded the same, is not a little better.

I just googled this thinking it was bull**it. Turns out it's true. Apparently, the apartment was owned by their mutual friend, musician Harry Nilssen. Shame. I loved Mama Cass's voice and Keith's well-publicised antics around London. RIP Mama and Keith.

Bonham drank several of those vodka shots after a ham roll breakfast in a bar on the way to rehearse for their upcoming tour. There r a number of inaccuracies throughout this video. Here r a few... Jerry Lee Lewis and his cousin bride Myra Gayle Brown did not stay married until she died of cancer. Contrary they divorced and each married others but they remained amicable. Johnny Cash did not write his song "Ring Of Fire." June Carter wrote that song. June was already a star as a member of The Carter Family. She decided to pursue a solo career and recorded duets with her then husband Carl Smith. While she was just starting her solo career she toured and performed with more established musicians including Cash. Here marriage to Carl Smith ended and she married a race car driver, all while Johnny remained married to his wife Vivian. Johnny pursued June and after she began to have feelings for him as well, and them hooking up on the road, she wrote the song about what she was feeling. Elvis dyed his hair jet black, the same color of his beloved mother's hair not to stand out but because he loved her so. It was more to be like the mother he adored.

Elvis didn't trick Nixon. Elvis was high & speeding out while on video discussing receiving the badge. He actually did not like street drugs. His Dr gave him TONS of prescription drugs. Also, he had a gun collection. If he'd wanted to fly with them, he could have. He didn't go to other countries. His manager had him stuck in a deal to only perform in the US.

Wow. So much to start with... I'll address only two to maintain pithiness. The biggest error you make is actually saying Frank Sinatra (an Italian who grew up Italian, in an Italian house, with other Italian people) couldn't handle tomatoes. C'mon. Really? The guy has his own signature spaghetti sauce for crying out loud. Also, when he was within 100 miles of my hometown (New Haven, ct) he'd send one of his guys here to grab several apizzas to bring back. With sauce. "Sally's Apizza" has his picture hanging on the wall. Look it up. Elvis's hair was more red than blond. No bigs. However, he got the badge from Nixon so he could arrest other rock stars because they did a lot of "bad drugs", while his "good drugs" were slowly killing him. Sad, isn't it? There are a lot of factual errors in this video. Really lazy research. But the biggest factual error in the whole video is that 1st, Nikki Sixx is not a good, or even passable, musician and, no, he doesn't rock. And 2nd, he's so far away from being a "cool" musician. He's a gossipy, dishonorable hack who has turned into an old woman. And Jerry Lee Lewis's wife didn't die of cancer. And she didn't have her parents permission. In fact, her father, Jerry Lee's first cousin, his new father in law, went after him with a gun before things were smoothed over.

That’s not a secret nor has it ever been. During Graceland tours, he always had a picture in his home of him when he was blonde, plus in all of his childhood pictures his hair was blonde. When he went in the army, everyone knew his hair was lighter. It was well known.

Why do we want the dirt? And explain NJ Country songs. It's like saying Johnny Cash was from South Boston. Or, Philadelphia is Christian love for all. It happens but .. I guess insecurity feels better when the successful still have their feet in pig pokes as you watch them, with your money, and your hopes. Portray someone you admire for an hour and a half. And then find out it was all a performance. . And they're worse than that lacking goofball they remind you of. But at least that goofball is real.
