Couple of bits of terminology that you should know: Plant: Intentionally hitting the target ball into a secondary target ball. Eg: White hits red, red hits and pots other red = Plant. Eg: White hits red, red hits secondary target ball, secondary target ball hits and pots 3rd target red = 3 ball plant. "His path to potting the red is blocked by another red, he'll have to try for a Plant", "Genius Plant using 4 reds there." Cannon: Intentionally hitting the white ball into a secondary target ball. Eg: White hits target ball, white bounces off and knocks secondary target ball out of position = Cannon. Eg: White bounces off one red to hit and pot a different red = Cannon pot. "He's Cannoned into the pack and opened them up", "He was able to Cannon off the tight red and sink the one over the corner pocket."
Perfect timing - just rolled up. It's just a nice chilled sport at a nice pace. It's not frantic - but there's still tension - it's kinda like when you watch the Dibnah stuff. The world needs more chilled-wholesome shtuff.
Snooker is an absolute bloody nightmare to watch live. You think you can have it on tv and you can go about other business because nothing interesting is likely to happen anytime soon you turn away for 2 minutes and you miss the shot of the century, have to wait hours for frigging highlight reels just to see the 1 bloody interesting shot they managed over 8 hours play......These compilations are awesome cos snooker should legally be labelled a sleeping aid 98% of the time.
You know I love ya so this is just an observation. What if, for Snooker videos in particular, perhaps make the video the larger one and your camera on the smaller one? I'm watching on a fairly big TV but even that with Snooker on a tiny screen it's harder to see what's happening. This is a massive leap in privilege I realise. From a guy that used to watch Snooker on a tiny black & white portable tv in the attic.
What you are forgetting Jay is the main star of the show,plus I like looking @ jays plain beige background if only Jay could make it bigger. Because I'm only looking @ a 2 inch screen on my mobile phone..
