Меня удивляет то что людей вообще не смущает что их называют при каждой сварки подшипника долбоёбами и дальше выкладывают видео с этой чудной операцией
Some of these are pretty amusing. The time it takes to fabricate those gadgets for clipping bits of slender rod into shorter lengths would allow you to make a lifetime of cuts in the same material with a grinder and cutting disk.
the guillotine made from an open ended spanner won't work for long as the fixed blade the spanner works against is only mild steel. i suspect the rod being cut is very hard and brittle to snap like that. i would think a mild steel rod would bend upwards and not be cut.
The concepts are all awesome but so many problems with assembly. I was sad watching a bearing get welded.. especially since it was a sealed bearing!. For that application an oil bronze bushing would work fine.. even just a regular bronze or brass bushing. Never weld on a sealed bearing. One you burn out all the grease inside (notice the small time it was on fire) and also, the weld is not going to hold. Bearing races are high carbon hardened steel. They do not weld very well.
Overall, this is a highly informative and enjoyable video for anyone interested in engineering. It showcases your talent and expertise while providing valuable insights and inspiration to fellow enthusiasts. Keep up the great work, and I look forward to watching more of your content in the future 👍👍👍
You have to buy a bunch of power tools, lathe, welding machine and a whole array of hand tools to make some manual tools from not so scrap metal and parts. 😂
Usually people already had most of these regular store-bought hand tools to do some of this work only those who don't are really making it difficult and expensive if they already have them it's easy cheap
