very good video, thank you so much. Lately when I've finally perfected my teqnique for forehand I've realized when playing matches that i get tired so quickly from them leading to a steep decline in my performance. And so I've searched on and on for information about exercises for my hips which are my most dominant muscle group in my teqnuiqe. The sand ball wall throwing was exactly what i was looking for!

Thank you I will adopt these wall ball exercises, I wish I thought about it earlier. I did Turkish get ups for 6 months and now i break the ball when hit with blade edge.

With proper strength training you don't need any of these weird exercises that can cause injury, I would use maybe just the sand weight for strokes if that. Work all your muscle groups and you can be damned sure all your strokes will be stronger and more powerful.

@@TheBrutalSoap I have switched strategy from before. This is because I now have experience with injury (jumpers knee). Training your whole body a lot, and not table tennis specific exercises, will make you heavy and inefficient and it will take a toll on your knees. I am soon going to upload a mobility drill that I do for table tennis before my strength training. I also recommend the video Timo Boll uploaded that shows his warmup routine.

Good exercises but i dont quite understand how exercise number 5("jumping plank") helps you with your forehand power

That exercise is good for stability and explosiveness. We need these two things for forehand too 🙂
