Mewtwo strikes back is a movie title, but the characters in the game are actually from the first movie. The two unknown guys are a Pokemon Trainer from the beginning and one of the guests in that scene were Ash and friends were invited to MewTwo's hideout (The guy is the one who owns Gyarados)
To anyone who interested; Wish sells a NES knockoff just called Entertainment System that has a quite a few Nintendo knockoffs which includes a robocop, and KungFu Mario. At the time my girlfriend and I bought on wish what was originally called a Nintendo classic system till we contacted wish about it. Hell there's even a game on there called Mortal Wombabat and a game called Base ball. That was no typo on my spelling of baseball. It's literally spelled like that.
