I finally got the drmtology SPF based on your rec. Love it! It's the only one I've consistently used for months. Thank you! I struggled for so long to find an SPF I was comfy in. And as dermatologists will tell us, the best sunscreen is the one that you will use😅

Please don't take this offensive but most people are buying Asian Sunscreens now because they are healthier and cheaper. 😊

Thank you so much for this! A few of these were familiar to me, but some I have never heard of before. My current favorite is the Canmake Mermaid Skin (clear) because it blends into my skin AND sets down really quickly and doesn’t burn my eyes (which are extremely sensitive). The Agency sunscreen looks fantastic and I wish I could try it, but I get my Tretinoin through Dermatica. I tired the R & R in the lightest shade, too, but I agree that it feels a bit oily and takes forever to dry down. I may try a few of your other favorites this summer. You look absolutely lovely, as always!

Tamara I'm glad you limited it to 7. I get so indecisive with too many options. But I'm with you on the Drmtlgy. Between that and Elta MD. I'm able to use tinted in both. For drugstore still like the Cerave, tinted. One of least faves is the Colorscience. Although I've just tried the tinted. Thank you for this timely video, month of May. Hi Tamara , I enjoyed all of your sunscreen choices . I have been enjoying the haruharu wonder and I mix it with CHELLE sun shield in light/medium and though it is too matte on its own is why I mix it with other spf’s. It gives me the perfect color and tones down the very glowy ones . I love the colorescience line. Enjoy the rest of your Memorial Day weekend ‼️

Such a great video! I just ordered the HaruHaru and can't wait to try it. My current favorites are Agency's Silkscreen for everyday and KissMe Mommy when I'm going to be sweating outside as it doesn't sting my eyes. One sunscreen I don't recommend is the Kinfield Sunglow as it pills with or without makeup. I've tried it several times with different makeups and on days without makeup and it just pills so badly. Plus it's only 35 SPF. Thanks for sharing as always!

I want to try the InnBeauty Project sunscreen. I just purchased the color science flex sunscreen. I really like it, but it is pricey at 54.00. Thank you, Tamara for “taking one for the team” and showing us the best sunscreens for mature aging skin. I love your content and trust your advice. Btw- you look lovely!❤️

Thku for this update!!! I have LOVED the Canmake sunscreen since you recommended it years ago. Wish they had a tinted one. Tried the DRMTLGY tinted sunscreen but agree it’s too dark; am going to try the Inbeauty per your recommendation & see how that goes!!

I love the Korean sunscreens because I have extremely sensitive eyes with most chemical and even some mineral US sunscreens. The Haru Haru you use is great. I also really like Etude Sunprise and Missha All Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk. Both are spf 50++++. I'm a ginger with slight rosacea and so burn incredibly easy. Living in the very south of NJ, the summers are very humid and I SWEAT, not just glisten. I have found the Sunprise to stay remarkably well in the heat, humidity, and sweating. Although my skin is somewhat dry, in the summer it's almost normal. I have tried Dermatology and it just runs off my face, as does the Canmake during the summer. Thank you for your recommendations. I've been subscribed and watching for many months, but have never commented until now. Love your channel!

Excellent roundup, Tamara! I didn't get on with the Canmake, but I did like the Haruharu although I didn't get the same one unfortunately - I think your version would be better for me. I'd like to find a tinted sunscreen to replace my Bioderma but have yet to find one available in the UK that's not fragranced. Happy Sunday ❤️

I am on my second tube of the HaruHaru Wonder after seeing Angie Hot & Flashy recommend it. I will keep repurchasing it even though it is a bit pricier in Canada.

Loved this video - I loved that you didn’t rank them. I already ordered haruhana - love it very moisturizing and no white cast. When I play golf in Ike to wear clear sunscreen on neck and tinted on my face. This will work for me - plus a good one for under makeup

Thank you for these great reviews Tamara. I have both the R&R and the HaruHaru and love them both. The R&R is definitely glowy but does work with some powder for no makeup days. I also absolutely love Beauty Of Joseon and my tried and true Skinceuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense, which I’ve been using for years. I’d like to try the Canmake and most likely will. Thank you also for stressing the 1/4 tsp amount necessary for our spf’s to actually work!!!! Most people still don’t follow that rule but I’m glad you continue to try! lol.

My favorite spf is EltaMD UV Clear Untinted. The formula improves my skin.

2:11 “Well I took one for the team.” 😂 Too funny! My favorite sunscreens are DRMTLGY Physical 44 and Avene Solaire UV Mineral Fluid 50. I love how lightweight the Avene one is and it’s my go-to every day. But I feel the DRMTLGY one looks both better under makeup and on it’s own instead of makeup like how you use the Agency Silkscreen. Thanks for a super helpful and important video! :)

I love Australian Gold SPF 50 tinted tan/deep. I have combo oily, mature skin. Its my HG. I haven't found any other brand that meets same criteria--matte mineral thats tinted close to my skin tone

I've recently been trying several, mostly K beauty brands, to narrow down affordable favorites. Today I used B.LAB - Matcha Hydrating Real Sun Screen and find it to be very comfortable on my 60 years old skin. It's not greasy, heavy, or sticky. There's no white cast, it applied smoothly, and my skin feels soft and hydrated.

Thanks for the recommendations. I have 60 year old, very sensitive and very dry skin. Like you, I am so pale that most tinted sunscreens just don’t work for me. I prefer mineral based so that my eyes don’t get irritated. My current go to is Paula’s Choice Daily Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30. It is one of the few that is actually moisturizing enough. I also like EltaMD and Replenix :)

Tamara, thanks for sharing these! My current favorite affordable mineral sunscreen is the Good Molecules Mineral sunscreen as it's great for all skin types, light-weight and without a white cast. My second favorite affordable mineral sunscreen is by Pipette and sold at Walmart. It works great too and I use it when I need more coverage as it's thicker.

I'm on the constant hunt for my go to SPF so for the past few years I've tried at least 10 different brands of face and body sunscreen. 😊 I have yet to find one that I want to repurchase!

I've used quite a few of these sunscreens and Naked Sundays has been my favorite by far. I'm trying their cabana clear, but I don't like it because it's extremely glowy. I'm waiting for my drmtlgy matte universal and The Hooded Lid just reviewed it. The tint may be a little lighter than the original. I'll find out shortly. Kiki actually had a pic of the comparison of the 2.

I am a fan of Asian sunscreens for their formula and ease of application. In my collection is Beauty of Josan, Haruharu, Biore UV Aqua Rich and Skin Aqua super moisture milk. The iNNbeauty intrigues me. All that skincare packed in makes it sound perfect for no makeup days. I say that tounge in cheek. Oftentimes, when I get started, I just keep going, a little brows, a little blush, lippie. You get the idea.

Isdin is my favorite, but I have about 10 in my SPF wardrobe.

I can’t get past the smell of the HaruHaru Wonder. My all time favorite is Elta MD tinted.

Hi Tamara! I been using Australian gold mineral based tinted sunscreen and alternative to cerave tinted. I love the clay feel of Australian and I love the dewy of Cerave. the Australian gold no longer in stores and I like to buy in store versus online. do you know of a dupe for the Australian gold? thank you

It’s so funny, I have your top 5 listed , in my drawer. The only problem is I’m having hard time finding CANMAKE . I am tired of my stains ( tinted spfs) so I try to use BEAUTY of Joseon on my neck/ chest, hands, as a SC survivor , I appreciate these vids, and like anything new. As you said, I have so many as I use body / face quickly , so I stock up . VACATION , INC . has one new milky face spf ( just out) & fun body oils spf.

I have the R&R sunscreen and do not use it all that often because it says it needs to be reapplied after 40 minutes

It’s too bad that Avene doesn’t make their cream to powder sunscreen spf 50 lighter than beige (have you seen it? Is it too dark for you?). I am now completely sold on that if I’m going to wear makeup-it’s my foundation.
