@surgripigrip1 Egg substitutes like flax eggs work differently from real eggs. They help bind ingredients and add moisture but won’t provide the same lift or rise as eggs. Substitutes are great for certain recipes, but they can alter the texture a bit.
This information is presented in the video. All of these subs equal 1 egg, for example 1/4 cup aquafaba = 1 egg, 1 tbsp chia + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg, and so on.
