Thank you, so now I know it's not this. Trying to be sure it's bursitis so do the correct exercises. Thanks so much!

How do I know if my groin pain is from hip arthritis or sacroiliac joint? I have all the symptoms except the locking you've just described.... BUT... I have the sacroiliac back pain that I can point directly at with one finger...😢

I seem to have soreness on the outside of my hips. What can I do? Hopefully, a healing, non-surgical answer. Thank you.

Hi Sherie, We are so sorry to hear that you've been struggling with hip issues! We know how frustrating it can be to navigate and hope you can feel some releif soon. We hope were able to offer you some guidance and that you can get on track with your recovery. 🙏 Just in case you are interested we have a playlist for hip arthritis help. You can access it here: “Hip Arthritis Help” ru-vid.com/group/PLJVIPiFvv1mbICbP6qlXUZwMyAJlKD1dt Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not. If you find that you have seen an improvement in your situation from using the playlist we would encourage you to look into the Hip Arthritis Recovery Program. The program is similar to our in-person treatments minus the manual manipulation. The Hip Arthritis Recovery Program is a comprehensive guide designed to lead individuals through the 4 crucial phases of hip arthritis recovery. Inside, participants will discover a meticulously crafted 4-phase plan that covers every aspect of hip arthritis healing, from initial recovery steps to advanced strengthening exercises. This program is more than just a temporary fix; it's a roadmap for naturally healing hip arthritis for the long term. Say goodbye to temporary solutions as you embark on a journey towards natural healing. With expert guidance, you'll gain the knowledge to maintain a strong and healthy hip for the long haul. Please click here to learn more: www.epmanualphysicaltherapy.com/hip-arthritis-recovery-program/ We hope you found this information helpful to you. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!

I believe that I had CHD from birth that has gone undiagnosed until I was 62 years old! I have experienced hip-lock for a decade, usually at night when I change positions in bed. It might take 5 minutes to move in such a way as to unlock it. The discomfort I experience is not in the front, but in the back, to the left of my spine. It's been an hour since I got out of bed, and I still can't straighten up even though I took an iboprofen and a Tylenol. I don't know what exercise to do, because I have arthritis in my knees, hips, and spine. Edit: It must be sacroiliac back pain, but I also have hip lock.
