Your simple exercises, your clear explanations and your voice tone makes your video so amazing. After having an MRI and watching your video I got a better understanding of rotator cuff injury and I decided to follow your instructive recommendations and exercises. Thank you very much for make it very simple and easy for us.
Thank you, Dr. David. It's an incredible service and honor to preserve Dr. Kirsch's research in this interview. I recently ordered and read the book, and the evidence presented through the research that Dr. Kirsch conducted, presumably on his own, is very telling. This and your 5 exercises for shoulder impingement have really helped me as I rest my shoulder and wait for the inflammation to heal. I would love to speak with you about my experience. Sincerely, Kit
The table is fantastic I brought 1 because of this video and when I get really bad back pain and have shooting pain down my legs I get on for 3 min and get instant relief best $140 I've spent and delivered to my door. Thanks for the video.
I went to two different doctors at two different hospitals, one said i must do surgery another Said the same thing you said, mri is not accurate he gave medication and exercise it's been 2 months but i can walk and run properly with a bit of pain.
I followed your knee leg swing exercises and it is a lot better, however in my good knee I get a similar clunky clicking feeling. Why is this? Thanks for your help so far
Hello. Thank you for this video. I have one question. I was diagnosed with grade 3 Chondromalacia Patella in February 2024. Before, I exercised daily, ran every day and jumped rope. Since this diagnosis, I've only been doing outdoor and indoor walks. Lately I've been feeling much better and my knee no longer hurts. I'm afraid to run again. Would jumping rope be safe? I'd like you to think about this and make a video about it. Does jumping rope harm or improve the knee in cases of Chondromalacia Patella? Thank you and keep up the good work
thanks for your video. i have been going thru random videos trying to navigate my current pain flare. (i was hit by a truck a few years ago. Direct spine impact.) I have been concentrating on my core more. The results have been quite noticeable. 😮 Wishing you the best❤
Based on these 3 things it seems like I have tendinitis but the pain has been going on in the same spot for 4 years, I’ve had just about every test imaginable and I still can’t get an answer
I was not referred to getting a knee brace after I went to the hospital for the doctors to check for more than 4 times, and I really appreciate your videos Dr. it’s now been 6 months that I have had an acl grade 2 but I feel it is healing better than ever, and it’s honestly sad that the head orthopaedic doctor from Fiona Stanley hospital today told me I have grade 3 injury and said that I needed surgery without looking at my previous mri scan. Any suggestions…
I'm one who had and now regret having this done, but with my previous surgery with pins and wires in my knee, we're failing after over 30 years, I now needed a full knee replacement. Dr. said I probably need a little piece, I guess, like a shimmy on the corner of the inner knee, but the surgery is like having the second one. So I guess I'll pass on having a third surgery on that knee and try to work out the pain inflammation and discomfort.
Thank you so much doctor I was suffering from sciatica pain for the past 3 months.Came across this video and started following these exercises and my pain is now almost non existent. Can't appreciate you enough
New subscriber. I just want to point out how much you helped me as I had some recent debilitating pain in my shoulder that kept me up at night. I even stayed up for 48 hours because of the level of compression pain I was feeling - out of this world! Sleeping was out of the question! Desperate, I went on youtube and saw your videos on how to alleviate that pressure and it gave me a break from the sweat and frustration I had built up by then (5 am). My only remorse is that you aren't in my area (Cali) and so far, every doctor I've gone to has completely disregarded the aches and pains and treatment that I learned from you (everything to the information regarding partial/full thickness tears that are really only seen by MRI scans, which can also go missed). They would give me the "deer in the headlights" look when I discussed the major points of your videos as you do in your videos. Thank you so much for you knowledge and expertise! You are truly a dedicated and compassionate health care professional and I sincerely wish they were all like you; passionate, dedicated, and incredibly competent. I've had x-rays taken and a crap ton of prescription inflammatory pills and muscle relaxers even topical creams. But I won't stop bothering them until I get a damn MRI so I can get this treated with a PT ASAP! Doing God's work! Thank you!
I bought your program for hip arthritis and I'm in phase two. Along with eating an anti-oxidant only diet (cutting out all refined carbs), I'm already able to walk short distances without pain. I'm very keen to see what two, three and four will bring! A message to others, stop eating all breads, biscuits, white rice and white potatoes etc. Sweet potatoes have been okay for me.
End February 2024 I experienced a full tear. Today my ultrasound confirmed this. I started your program immediately end February plus yoga therapy, physiotherapy and PRP. I’m doing great!! Thank you.
This is great! But does it have any bearing on someone with a herniated disc? I have an L4/L5 but could I have posterior/low ab problems too? Would this help? Thank you!
To summarize, no sitting, no walking... Is flying ok? I've had severe knee issues for most of my life and I actually find walking very beneficial. Not power walking anymore, but just regular walking is ok. Know your body and recognize what works and what doesn't work for you. There is no One Size Fits All when it comes to knee issues.
I believe I have a meniscus tear.I went to an orthopedic, and he said I need an MRI. I'm waiting for an MRI appointment. I'm going back to the Dr in a couple of weeks, and he said if it is its surgery. I've had this for three months, and it's a lot better than what it was in the beginning. Watching this video, I'm starting to think should I have surgery "scarry". Your opinion please. Thank You!
Dear Dr. David, as always you have a fantastic ability to explain so well with the utmost precision every topic you deal with. You are the best 😃😃😃😃😃👍 A big greeting from Vesna from Italy ❤️❤️❤️
I’m a cyclist and a runner .Most of the time I’m ok and I’m so glad to have found your channel, because you’ve confirmed everything I believe about my patellar pain. I nearly got a knee replacement but so pleased I didn’t. I would like to be able to walk downstairs without looking like a 90 year old which I find very depressing, seeing as I’m a competitive athlete 😂
I’m going to try your suggestions. I have knee pain and receive an X-ray which showed nothing. I’ve had hip pain on the same side and received an injection after PT failed to relieve the pain. I’m sitting while I’m working full time.
These videos are very informative and confirms what I know to be true, despite what ortho surgeons have told me. It is clear that the surgeons really know very little outside the scope of the procedures they perform. You were right, therapy was damaging in my case. Regarding your patella recovery program, is there a way to contact you to ask you a specific question about my situation?
In what situations do you consider that the back race should be used, for example a long walk, periodically or when there is pain? greetings from Caracas, Venezuela
