I have 1.5 year of work ex as SDE in a French bank but most of these companies don’t have openings for entry level like mine or very difficult to get shortlisted for even OA round. Rippling, intuit, CRED for the longest time dont have openings for my profile. Atlassian and Nutanix had an opening for brief periods but I have received 3 times that they arent going to shortlist my profile for OA also. PhonePe very recently had opened position for entry level but that application is also pending in review from a while. Situation still feels very bleak probably for entry roles. :’(
Hey Soumyajit , Could you please also make a video focusing on freshers (batch of 2023)? Reason being: - very less good off-campus opportunities (eg : no off campus/pool placements, or internships, for big tech like Amazon/Microsoft yet) - Lately a lot of focus everywhere have been on the people who have been laid off(which is understandable) but at same time I fear it may severely impact fresher opportunities Btw, thank you so much for all the informative content you make it really helps us make informed choices!

Yes Arcesium is safe to join. Mostly its private company, it is making money. It deals with financial markets and has other financial firms as its client. So they are pretty safe
So one of my friend having only 6 months of experience got fired based on performance basis by a e-commerce faang company and now he wants to try working on his family business for a couple of years. Will tech companies hire him if he wants to join back tech after 2-3 years?
It is gonna take some time. At least Q2 next year where we are hoping to see some improvements. But if that does not happen then we might be in for the long haul!
I have got Offer Letter from Amazon for the role of SDE Intern starting from January 2023. Any chances of getting it revoked due to current hiring freeze.

Click bait is something to increase the reach it’s considered good if the content and the title matches so there is no point about ethics. I would agree with you if you wasted your time coming to this video.
