Patient observer should read "If you have less than 6 mana crystals when you draw this, shuffle it back into the deck and draw a *different* card." Just so you get around the really weird situation of having 2 of these remaining in your deck and having 5 or less mana.

It's still a problem in the late game, if you have 2 or more of those cards in your deck. It would be: A. Endless loop B. Disconnect C. Death Edit: Ignore. I forgot that it just draws itself if you have over 6 mana. Rogue could still fatigue turn 2 or 5 and do an infinite loop with this

IMO severe missjudgement of patient observer. Remember how he rated the card that always is at the bottom of your deck as OP? Every Aggro deck would run Pat. Obs. as a 6/6, since it even allows the aggro to put in a slightly biggr guy without losing opening power. BTW I really enjoy these videos, keep it up!

Two things to note about Rakaas. One is his Demon tag being another Warlock thing. The other being that given he is a Cabal card I would recommend his Deathrattle check for 0 duplicates in deck. Not sure what you'd have to do to balance that restriction but it seems like a huge flavor fail to have Cabal legends utilize their core mechanic.

You said G41-V4DON would consistently discover zilliax, but the probability is roughly 40%(in standard with paladin) although this is high, it still is less than half the time

4:34 you do it in rogue, not priest. You have scheme and minion based shuffle mechanic, it would be a bit slower but maybe better pogo deck.

For Blood in the Water, you could also instead of Every Damaged Minion, it could read Each Damaged Friendly Character, making it fall in line with Self Damage Warrior/Battle Rage. Even if it was relegated to "Self Damage" archetype, honestly Blood in the Water is the kind of Reward for Self Damage archetype would be the singular strong card that could actually push it into semi-relevance, maybe a tier 4 or 5 instead of tier 30/not ever seen deck because of how few ways you can benefit from it, let alone how slow any of the current self damage effects are.

The turns played so far effect should be based on multiples. Something like adapt once for every 3 turns played this game, etc. That way you can adjust things for different classes by using different numbers as a theme.

The point was that Zilliax is one of the very few good magnetize cards, while most of the cards you listed are bad if not downright terrible. Also, Nullifier, Venomizer and Spider Bomb are not even cards a Paladin could use...

Being a paladin quest, spider bomb, venomizer, Beryllium Nullifier are entirely useless for the purposes. (how do you forget spider bomb though? only meta card other than zillax) That said, up to 17(8x2+1) magnetic minions can easily complete the quest. It would be a hard question as to how many you actually run. Too few and you might fail due to having to play one w/o a magnetize target, too many and your deck will be bogged down by below par stated minions. But that's beside the point.

note, Galvadon says discover 5 random mechs and magnetise them to him, this means he can get non magnetic minions. someone could theoretically get 5 boom bots and high roll the damage dealing 20 damage to the enemy face. it'd be a trolden worthy clip you can be sure.

Patient Observer OTK: Have Bloodmage and the dude who gets +1/+1 whenever you draw a card on the field, play Mojomaster Zihi when two Patient Observers are left in the deck and let your bloodmage run into something to trigger it's deathrattle = infinite stats? Blood in the water is actually fairly balanced I’d say. If you have a lot of damaged minions (you have the board), there won’t be space for a lot of sharks. If your opponent has a lot of damaged minions (he has the board), it’s good as a comeback card

Galvadon would be pretty easy to quest complete. skaterboy glowtron bronze gatekeeper in paladin with crystalogy, it would be a bit slow but it is by no means impossible to make and kangors endless armor bridges you until can bring out galvadon or if u get a bad mulligan

i think trump was projecting a bit on the whole "you probably don't even know any magnetise cards besides zilyax". i mean really, 2 of that 1/3, 2 of that 2/4 taunt/divine shield guy, 2 of the 1/5 taunt guy, 2 of the 5/5 guy and zilyax, that's 9 already, not exactly impossible to pull off, is it?

6:40 imagine if patient observer shuffled on top of your deck instead of just shuffling randomly, it would essentially guarantee to draw itself on 6 mana if you have drawn it before at least once, also it could be used to counter that warlock card which destroys the top card of your deck although that would be a very insignificant upside i believe Still it would make more sense for it's stats to be lower than boulderfist because of the NOW clear upside

Patient observer is actually really good as is, basically upstart goblin in Yugioh and would see lots of play in decks. For example, it basically makes you have a 28 card deck when your searching for keleseth.

That's exactly what I was thinking! Upstart was hit in Yugioh for a reason, it was an insane boost to consistency. I feel in Hearthstone that card would be auto include in every aggro deck to dig for perfect opening hands and curves.

It's funny how popular Zilliax is and if you have a chance to play 2 of him it's often better to not magnitize them. Edit: for sprout with its wording it's not letting you choose the adapt right? It sounds like it randomly chooses an adapt. If that's the case i feel like it should just be the standard discover style.

Because one of the 10 different adapt options is +1/+1 so you get +3 attack, +3 health and +1/+1 for +4/+4 total.

Galvadon: adapts (worth about 1 mana if that) 5 times. G41-v4d0n: magnetize 5 cards worth at least 1 mana each... up to 5 mana each. How did anyone ever think this was even close to equivalent?!? Make the quest a bit easier, sure... Like 4 magnetizes, but also take that down to magnetizing 2 or less, if not just 1 mana mechs. Kinda sucks due to the small pool, but anything more is obscene.

You know, thinking about Sprout and the actual worst element of its design is the fact it costs 10. That means it's almost always going to adapt at least 10 times, which in a way removes some of the fun of a minion with random adaptations when you've got that many rolls. Similarly, it's actively detrimental to ramp since you'd hit 10 mana before turn 10 and pay full price to adapt less. Part of me wonders if that was intentional, in an ill-advised attempt to de-incentivize ramp. It's trying to be a fun card like Yogg that just goes nuts and does weird things, but it's so limited in scope and possibility by its design that it falls flat.

I have card idea: Dimensius the All-Devouring Cost:8 Attack:10 Health:10 [Battlecry]:Destroy your hand & Deck and Shuffle Void Deck. This card cannot be silence [Taunt] Void Deck contain 30 cards with new void spells and minions that need always 1 Mana crystal to played (Cost cannot be increased by your opponent's cards and cannot be descreased by your cards)

Using the secret spot for warrior for a ‘battle plan’ is actually a super cool idea. Also paves the way for more characters to flare out from secrets into things that are style or flavour appropriate for the class.

The first Collide-osaur: It's worth noting that you can have up to 17 magnetize minions in deck (8*2+1) for paladin. It's perfectly feasible, you just have to make deck design sacrifices... like any other quest deck. It's worth nothing that the chance of getting Zillax on the discovery is 8.1% per roll(do note it's ALL mechs) in standard, or 35% total. So no, it's not "pretty high". It's decent... but given the deck build sacrifices you would have to make, it's pretty fair. I would like to point to the priest quest if you think full heal is too much. In wild.... chance drops to around 18%.

Yeah Priest quest... Lol It doesn't even heal you to full, it gives you 10 extra hp. Amara, Warden of Hope, is just a major power creep on Reno with it's stats, taunt *AND* effect. And then G41-V4N1Z3R is not balanced, huh. Paladin also has Shirvallah and 5 mana deal 25 dmg to the enemy hero, and that is still not balanced. Hearthstone is a joke, mon.

Summoning portal dorsnt reduce past 1 tho. So make 4 cats in one turn off glinda

@trump , the Patient observer would brake the game , imagine having this at the Bottom of your deck -> a permanent loop of drawing this and shuffeling it back
