Hi Chad. that is a great question and i must say that your troubleshooting and process of elimination steps are awesome. same thing i would have done lol. anyway. the short answer is that's your internet provider blocking some of the URL's that some of the icons are coming from. in all honestly your lucky its just the icons. i seen it were the entire EPG/Guide is block or sometimes your get everything but the channels to load. Why somethings get block and not all is still a mystery to me but the only simple fix is a VPN. i recommend Windscribe (Not Sponsored lol). You can search it on the Amazon home screen of your firestick, they give you 2GB free so you can test it out first. When you test it, you should be able to see all your icons again. if you do, then either take the extra expense for the VPN or switch internet provider.....FYI, switching internet providers does not guarantee that the new one wont do the same thing in the near future but you can try. I don't personally have a VPN as of yet because i don't currently have those issues. i have Spectrum. hope this helps, keep me posted. thanks
