I remember when Hammond was on 8 out of 10 cats with Sean Lock after his accident. Sean thanked Richard for all the jokes...and Richard asked to hear one. Sean told him they called him the Hamster because after the accident his nuts were in his cheeks...

I had a terrible frontal lobe problem, it shrunk,. I lost 5 full years that I can't recall. I had to relearn to read because I couldn't recall what I read in the beginning of a sentence.

there is a classic Chinese movie called Going Home which in one scene involves a funeral that a guy put on to celebrate his own death. I couldn't understand the words but didn't need to as the sight gags were obvious.

I have had a serious headache so I can sympathise with Richard Hamming you really can’t remember Jack. Five years ago I had my injury and I still can’t remember things. In fact I’ve lost 67% of my memory, so I completely empathise with him.
