It seems like these cars have really traded places over the years. The Evo has become more of a track car and the STi more of a car that you can drive everyday with occasional bouts of spirited driving. Kinda ironic lol.

Great cars, with great tv presenters.

these 2 cars remind me of playing the first grand turismo, both were my favorite cars.

The only thing superb about this racing simulator is that you are sitting inside a plastic bathtub whilst staring at wonderful 140p. Oh how the times have changed.

22B to be reissued by PRO DRIVE UK = with a 2.5 litre and 400 ponies ! he might like the EVO = but just try and get parts = JAPAN - subaru parts all over and great after market parts !

Yea 22b is only handbreak very tight but dosen't mean that it is faster in the corner or tho both cars are still same HP and he says if you want to drive it everyday, go to the evo that means evo wins, so go learn b4 replying.

who says subaru do't make differnt versions, then where is the 22B and P1 come from ? there only STI and WRX in every of the year, ha the evo x gsr also ran in 4 seconds boy...........

In the top gear i have seen it, but the winner is BMW not even the 22b, handbreak means the breaking turn ok, Jeremy clarkson do't even like the suby, he likes evo very much you know that boy...

Yeah the mitsubishi got wasted by scoobies on the rally circuit too. The 22B rocks the Mitsubishi is just an also ran that never made it on the rally circuit even 10 years later.

Did he just say that was 30k back in the day could have bought a twin turbo supra for a extra 2k at the time....i know which one I'd have.

Ha hellow.... that top gear he use the less powerful model which is 6 speed but the 5 speed is still faster so do't anyhow pick a rubbish say what suby in what timming, all the show has already said that evo is faster, for the suby is nince and chaupers than evos thats why many people love it.
