I'll just say everything here. have a house in cali.... (can't pull out equity) wink wink a duplex in buffalo.... only one tenant for now we have a new tenant in January so hopefully will be making some money.. have a fixer-upper in Buffalo I think we overpaid it's 40,000. Just put on a new roof got some permits open, but it needs major major major work. I have 5 acres of land near my house in California that I make payments on but in order for it to be buildable I need to buy septic and well which is like 30,000 then just purchased a fixer in detroit for 15k but close next week and having second thoughts... man thr comps are so low in detroit it scares me but there is a def a big city there with tons to do I am originally from San Francisco, California and my families from Harwood, New York so I'm used to having or being in metropolitan cities with plenty of amenities. Anyhow, any advice welcome
Hi, congratulations on the purchases! Make sure you hire reputable contractors and frequent the properties often to stay on top of things! Would love to see the before and after pics!
