Don't forget Yağız Kaan Erdoğmuş a Turkish chess prodigy who becama a GM at 12 years 9 months 29 day.

maginificent is when they achieved the rank without computers. They know debutes, they remember thousand of variants, but one step aside the theory and they are in troubles. That's why Magnus is still the best. He had great couches inlcuding Garri Kasparov.

Out of these 19 people 6-7 are Indians (or indian origin). Since Chess was invented in India... I think there is something called the game invention home advantage.

It's all because of Viswanathan Anand Indians didn't even used to see chess as a career and call it as a waste of time and yes there is no home advantage it's just India has a large population and south Indian kids learn chess at a very early age

@@OK-uf5ly Maybe it's true, but still this doesn't change the fact. Also, before (in the last 200-300 years) people lacked the resources and exposure to this game. But before that it was again Indians who domainted the game always. NOW.... COPE!
