Yes of course you can.. I don't understand what you said fake dowry case . Secondly of you thinking your husband can influence the court you Always have opportunity to seek transfer of court preceeding to some other court of country from higher court
@@Kavishbudy007 I’ll try to rephrase. For example when a house wife files cases like 498A & dowry with ill intentions to trouble her spouse under normal conditions a regular civilian will be arrested right away and will need bail or anticipatory bail. But if this same scenario happens with a spouse who is an advocate by profession as he is not a regular person and I know being an advocate , it can’t be arrested without permission of a majesty. So coming back to my question, will that advocate be arrested or gets the same treatment like regular citizen? Under such false case(ill intentions) or still police will need majesty permission to arrest the husband as he is litigation advocate ?

@@Kavishbudy007 arneesh kumar vs the state of bihar case of Supreme Court will be considered as court of contempt that no one can be straight arrested without giving proper notice to the person. It’s a guideline by Supreme Court if any police officer don’t not follow the guideline & arrest the husband then that officer will be going to jail and will be paying fine to guy who he had arrested. You don’t need any kind of bail or anticipatory bail for such act. However if police officer do provide prior notice to arrest under such situation person need anticipatory bail.

Usko bata ke rakhunga 20 saal jail ka khana padega pizza burger nahi milega 🤣 minor ladke ko jail nahi hota aur agar adult hone ke baad galti karega to jail perfect jagah uske liye.
