This new multi-section mobile home is the sixth house I will be showing from the 2023 Biloxi Manufactured Housing Show! Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the “PRI 3284-2058” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,400 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My wife and I just ordered the 2058. What we did was what so many have suggested. We removed the 2nd TV and fireplace, and adding 10’ of built in hutch. Also adding a sliding glass door to the “den” instead of the windows, essentially turning it into a dining room. In the “dining room”, we are putting in a fun round table and turning it into a game room/bar area. Keep in mind, Sunshine homes are highly customizable! The reason we chose them!

I think the den and living room are strange. A den is nice if it’s far from the living room. I feel like only one room can be used at a time or tv noise will clash.

Watching two tvs at the same time threw me off. It's not mortar but grout between the tiles. A lot of space everywhere but no pantry?

This is a really nice house. I'm not liking the two living rooms connected to each other. I think I'd prefer the dining room next to the kitchen with a large sliding door and then use the current dining room as a office maybe some nice doors or something creative to separate the space.

Completely agree, I'd close off the dining room and make it an office. Then use the den as a dining room, no second fireplace. I don't mind a second living room/den in a house, but when they're literally right next to each other it really defeats their purpose and looks super weird.

OMG the freezer in the utility room!!!! I love it, in today’s economy I have always wondered why there was never room for a freezer, with a large family you need one. I love everything about this home❤️😄great job showing 👏👏

I so agree! A big plus is its inside the house vs a garage outside. This freezer is a must for any family, shoot, we have one like this and there is just the two of us.

Price???? Ok first of all:a Ramp to the entrance! God bless them for that. I love this one, ship lap, beams , fireplaces, undermount sinks! Pendant lights, and all of the bedrooms are spacious. Grout is what they put between tiles, mortar is between bricks. ❤ What is the price???

Grout in the shower, Chance. Love the beams. The kitchen is very nice. Master bath is also great. I always like seeing a spot for a freezer. First thing I'd have to do to this house is build some arches to separate the living, dining, kitchen, and den. Or, I could just buy another home. 😂 But, yeah, this is a nice home. This one is almost a 10. I do love not having a marriage line on the floor. That has always been a deal breaker for me. Love the freezer in the laundry room. Excellent floor plan throughout. There are a lot more pros than cons on this home. Needed a pantry and a coat closet close to the front entry. I would respectfully give it a 9.5 out of 10. Keep them coming. I appreciate the work you do, and God bless you and your family. ❤️

I love your videos, because not only do you spread the word and visual appeal of today’s manufactured homes of today, your enthusiasm and commentary is fun to hear! You are too hard on yourself and remember you are doing us a favor seeing what craftsmanship is out there, without having to physically go out and look. This has to be the most beautiful, well thought out home I’ve ever seen in your videos. It’s not only gorgeous inside, but offers great curb appeal and that KITCHEN!! I’d love to have a kitchen like this and those cabinets! I’m in complete awe!

This home has great curb appeal! I love the entrance with the stone work and if the entire rest of the house could be clad in Hardy plank siding and maybe be an option for an off frame modular I think that would be awesome!! And I'd want to use a door like the back door for the front entrance too. OH! and a three Bedroom option would be nice too!! I forgot to mention that it was a very nice gesture to add the ramp to the entrance assembly for this home too. The kitchen and living areas are really nice! However, one of those electric fireplaces, and I 'm thinking the back one, would have to be replaced with a wood burning one. An electric fireplace is USELESS if the power goes out!!! And if I could reconfigure those three big windows I would, maybe an atrium door to provide access to a screened porch. It has a nice utility room, not too far from the kitchen for bringing the groceries in from the garage. And I really like the granite counter tops, maybe quartz if they were an option. The three extra bedrooms are huge as they go. Super nice Master and the Master Bath is sort of too much for a geezer like me. The shower has too high of a curb and I'm talking about the shower the lines between the tiles is grout, not mortar. I need a lower entry into a shower and some way to help me in and out of that tub! Where it sits there isn't an option for my customary walk in tub. I LOVE the big ol' closet too!! It opens into the bedroom not the bath!! Overall, this is a spectacular home for a growing family. And even though I live alone a 3 bedroom size of this basic style with some modifications would make me proud to own it!!

Personal experience, using full height cabinetry in place of a pantry “room” is easier to manage, organize, access. Also looks better imho.

I thought the same thing! All of those drop dead cabinets make up for it…that’s a whole lot of cabinets in there! A dream kitchen if you ask me. You could also put a small stand alone pantry in the laundry room I guess. I’ve always wanted a laundry room, too, not my garage area for my laundry.

Here we go Chance, ready!? First of all too big for me, that's just about all I could complain about. Beautiful outside, amazing inside! Found that refridge/freezer TO DIE FOR!!! I'm sorry but as I study it I find the 2 living areas in the same space, odd. I would make one big LVR up front with a library at the end and put the dining area where it goes, next to the kitchen! Now that's the size a MBR should be! Also like the separation of sinks in the MBR. Getting closer Chance!

Yes, I called a dealer in my state and with all the upgrades $280k to $320K is the range..... but they will make any changes or adds you want, from metal roof, 2x6 walls, wood buring fireplace, granite countertops, whatever you want to add to the build or take away, they will do for you.

I like this one a lot but the dueling televisions bother me. I would swap the dining & den, love the idea of a fireplace by the dining table. Then use living room and current dining room as a large living room. Pantry is definitely needed, probably something they could work in easy enough. And I think I speak for most women, the shower needs a step! Thanks for this one Chance. We really enjoy watching your videos.
