Oh wow! I love the update. It must be so satisfying to see your hard work not only looking good still but thriving! 🎉👏 The bike plantings are beautiful. I haven’t tried the stag horn fern(?) yet but seeing yours is starting to get my curiosity peeked. I think my inner DIY soul is being freed by all of the inspiration I get from your projects. My courage is gaining ground over my anxiety of messing something up. Thank you for all the time you spend with us, sharing your vision & knowledge with each project. Have a fabulous week. 😊

Hello 👋🏾 It's great to see you, and the projects have stood the test of time. The plants are still growing and thriving. The projects have held up over time, it's great to see you. The plants continue to grow and sprout. The projects have held up over time, it's great to see you. The plants continue to grow and sprout. I'm excited to see your newly designed room, the stenciled walls, and the new duvet. 😊 Have a good day!❤

Thank you my friend!! It’s so hard to plan on shooting these makeovers when you are dependent on slow shipping times for materials. I still wanted to post updates this week that I think people can learn from. I hope you have an amazing week. Cross your fingers for me that the stenciling won’t take over my life this week. XOXO

You are adorable!!!! I can’t get enough. Thanks for the updates… great to see the projects and how they did with elements. Can’t wait for next week! Love all the patterns. They make the space cozy. Stay safe in the rain and don’t float away!

Love you, ProducerJoe. I have these bedroom makeover plans in my head and ordered fabric online. You never know if things will match until you get it into your hands, IRL! But this room will benefit from a refresh, and so will I. Have a super week in the Big Apple. XOXO

I am new to your channel and I am over the moon that you have done a check in/look back video. So that alone inspired me to subscribe to you. So many times I’ve watched other channels and thought “that seems like a good idea but will it really last or will it just be a waste of time?” And the push bike planter is so French Romance I love it! I’m going to go through your back catalog and log for the video for it right now ❤ from 🇦🇺 Edited to add; I have just watched the bike make over video and the one where you made planter stands for your fiddle leaf figs and I am astounded how well the baskets, the one on the bike and the two for the figs have stood up to being outside! Are they cane or some type of plastic? Also I am wondering after you prune “chop” the cabbage Kale if those little plants, I you called them a Pink Panther something in the video that you planted them, will have a bit more room and light and come along a bit more for you? If they do it would be lovely to see a quick update on them and your whole garden ❤

Hi Natalie. How lovely to read your note. The baskets for the bike planter project and my fiddle leaf fig trees are just well made rattan baskets I bought from Home Goods, a discount home decor chain in the US. I live in San Diego so we experience mild weather through the year so baskets last a long time in the garden. I let the kale grow for many months before they looked shabby. The nursery where I bought them told me they are more of an annual plant here so they only lasted for a season. Right now I have planted perennials in the bike baskets, and they are looking happy and hydrated. I feed them a liquid fertilizer every week. I am planting a strawberry guava tree tomorrow. I’ll try and include an update on best trees for small gardens. Thank you for checking out the archives. See you for the next episode.

@@NutshellLiving thank you so much for answering! Your baskets have definitely been well made they didn’t even look aged at all. I am so inspired to find a bike to recycle they you have done yours. And I look forward to your next video, even if you don’t remember to add some footage of the garden I’m sure there will be some snippets in there but thank you for thinking of adding it to your video!!! ❤️
