But the money they save not having to collect revenue should more than enough to cover the costs? It's PrePaid!!

City of Cape town is charging this fix fee last few years, now increased to R245pm.

They implemented & installed the prepaid meters! Did not request a prepaid meter from them!! 😡And now we have to pay extra them surcharges! Unacceptable 😡

First he says that the usage cost goes directly to Eskom and they don't make anything from it, then he turns around and say that due to load shedding, their revenue suffered...
