watching sales content on RU-vid as a teenager...you are gonna kill it Freddie. I don't know enough about the Austin tech scene to comment on how it will compete with San Fran. I have heard lots of companies opening offices there though

Matt I’m 5 months in at a big cybersecurity company been crushing it but we are underpaid as SDRs and AEs. Should I stay for AE then jump or try to get in another role for context I’m married so trying to stay patient with my base 40k salary.

No need to apologize. So you are an SDR working at a large cybersecurity company, you are doing AWESOME, but you aren’t paid any commissions? If you continue to crush it, what does the timeline look for you to promote from SDR to AE? Do you like your job?

@@MattMacnamarawe do get paid commissions monthly just not a ton only 67 per meeting and quota is 27 right now. I do like my role I just think we do a lot and heavily enforce KPIs. Timeline is at my one year mark so by October!
