To be fair prior to the orginal X-Box, Microsoft was primarly a software Company, sure they have some items (like PC mice) under their brand but they were best known for their software not their hardware. EDIT:after the orginal X-Box was launched that changed though and I wouldn't be surpriced that they're now know more as the company that makes the X-box series of consoles then the company that makes Windows OS for PCs.
@@SampoPaalanen not that their mice are really that much to write home about, considering their not for gaming and tend to have some underlying issues regarding sensitivity and or detection.
*EA:* "Wait, you were serious? You're actually going to fight??? I thought you were just somebody's hype man!" *Activision:* "I am the hype!" *Sony:* "KILL HIM!"
You know its bad when a game called Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory (a game for the PS3) had a plot point for the Hacking of Psn accounts through The Character Anonydeath.
Oh-ho-ho. Loved the ‘Arrogance Quote Showcase’. Josh got _”just about everyone”_ on board for it: from the Brony Analyst Community, to those from "all the way back" during the days of the Chaos Theatre. ;D
@@DrawciaGleam02 Yep. Guys like Alex Rochan, Quarter Guy, Green Scorpion and Fawful's Minion were also a part of the Chaos Theatre. And that's just naming a few examples at the top of my head. ;) The Forums/Gaming Site has been out of commission for a while, but if you browse some of these guys' older videos, (or videos from other "alumni" such as RabbidLuigi and Black Mage Maverick/MaverickHunterZero75), you can still find links or end clips that show how the video(s) were made, in part, thanks to the Chaos Theatre. Those specific videos are honestly, tough to find individually, due to how much time has passed since the site was closed/archived, and how *_many videos_* were made since then. >.
My boi Alex doesn't make videos on his channel anymore but I like that josh takes every opportunity he has to make him appear in some form during his own videos
@@JV-Decker-RetireDisAcctSoon Allow me to help you, good sir...if that's alright. Some other well known former Chaos Theater reps include RabbidLuigi, cjszero01, WiiDude83, Wambu (who was also in that bit), KBMadhouse, and Itonoben (Formerly 'The Tree's Apprentice'). Many of these guys would also do collabs together, either with lists or with talking about games in general. Look up WiiDude's discussion on Hyrule Warriors and you will see Josh is among them. Another great example is CJ's earlier Smash Chats where he and others talked about Smash for WiiU and 3DS, where QuarterGuy had quite a bit to say on Megaman's Final Smash. RabbidLuigi has also been in on a couple of live reactions for E3 with Josh...and that included the reveal of Rabbid Luigi in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and that was PRICELESS!

It's very interesting that Josh would make a video on Sony fails right now. After watching his videos on Konami and EA, I figured his next one would be about either Activision or Ubisoft. Future video perhaps?
ThatGuyfromBrazil 2K = Envy (attacking Supmatto for talking about Borderlands 3 leaks) Bethesda = Sloth (Not bothering to fix Fallout 76 bugs before releasing it to the public)
So I'm guessing Microsoft is Overzelous, Bethesda is lazy, Square is...well, senile as Josh put it. Not too sure about Capcom though, I don't know how to define them besides a child of EA and Konami that's been starting to rebell against its parent by not following in their footsteps
Dishonorable Mention: Sony's new censorship policy introduced in 2018 If Nintendo are laxed with censorship this generation, you know that sony is screwing up
I had mention that before but on another channel, but yeah the time that Sony is being censorship happy while Nintendo isn't then you know that we might be in a rather shocking timeline.
ChibiSkitty19 when you know that Nintendo allowing saran Kagera uncensored,mk11,doom, nekopara and doa extreme scarlet on their console, YOU KNOW THAT NINTENDO GIVES TWO SHITS ABOUT CENSORSHIP ANYMORE
Especially considering that probably their biggest fail is arguably one of the most important in the entire industry, and to be honest, one that kinda needed to happen.
@@TheQuarterGuy ...I'm curious what you mean about that, but then again I'd say the biggest fail of the gaming industry was potentially Atari nearly destroying it.
I love Nintendo but that doesn't mean their perfect I mean look at their response to mother 3 ( incert e3 presentation), and lack of series of emotion that more recordice as smash brothers characters
Sony: Sin: Arrogance Location: Their HQ Distortion: Everyone as filthy, drooling peasants, while they are technological gods, who can change 1K for a console, that burns your eyes from the graphics. *-Steal the Ceo's heart*
"It's difficult to talk about Nintendo, because we don't look at their console as being a competitor." Says the company that has shamelessly ripped-off Nintendo to compete with them.
That and Nintendo, only now with the Switch, made an actual competitive system. Yes, the Will was a big hit, but thats because of the price point and certainly isn't because of the Library, any game that wasn't first party was awful on Will. Not to mention Nintendo isn't really a competitor for Sony, it's one of those cases where they both offer very different games and cater to very different audiences and age groups. It's like I said about the Wii, it's so cheap everyone could easily get one, but a lot of people had to choose between the PS3 and 360, they both had very similar games, the Wii and WiiU didn't ever compare or compete with them. It was basically like this: If you were poor, you got nothing, a Wii or a handheld because you could afford that. If you were well off, you got the above and one of the two big expensive machines. If you could afford all three, well, you got a Wii, Ps3 and PC because the 360 was unreliable and any good games they had came out on PS3 or PC, and it's even worse today, XBone has no incentives to make it worth money, PS4 rules the exclusive scene and all XBone exclusives are also playable on PC.
@@rgilbert2951 yup we all know about the CD event. Back when Nintendo went with the Cartridge and Sony went with the CD. Lest to say... That ended badly.
@@ZenKrio I can actually count the number of good games with my fingers. MHTri is a good third party one, xenoblade chronicles which has DRM, Mario games. Yes always. Zelda games, I think there was Kirby, Smash, metroid, there were also a few little gems. With ps3 Is actually a pain to keep track of how many games there were.
@@houndrysmagolyteofhope4661 I entirely agree with you, but when it comes to kids, like 5-12, thats distinction isn't a factor. For me the number is lower because I actually hate most Mario Games, and I've set up to boycott Mario until they make a massive RPG that actually brings every character into the fold with plot and reason and lore and crap. They won't though lol. Zelda I hate as well, every game is the same, I've play ALttP and OoT, outside of Breath of the Wild that's every Zelda game in two umbrellas. For me, my list of actual good Wii games were: XenoBlade (Which is so poorly commercialized it wasn't easy to find until post Wii.) Smash Bros (Which was arguably the worst one.) Monster Hunter Tri (I personally detested the series and how it played until World made it more accessible to casuals.) Dragon Quests Swords (Which wasn't actually a good game.) Mario Kart (Which hasn't been great for me since 64.)
Sony may have had fails, but unlike EA or Konami, at least manages to have a better reputation, although from this video that isn't saying much. I still won't forgive them for making the Emoji Movie though, to me that is their biggest fail. Sony does need a piece of humble pie, and I have heard reports that the PS5 is supposedly backwards compatible with all previous games. So hey, at least I think Sony can be saved unlike EA and Konami. How the EFF did you get Linkara for your video? That's freaking awesome.
@@CrimsonSunMouse He was one of the voices at the number 1 entry. If you watch, you will notice the channel name appear underneath the person who is speaking.
+The Black Swordsman The problem with the Emoji Movie being their biggest fail is that it has nothing to do with the gaming side of Sony. That stupid movie was made by Sony Animation which is under their movie division. Meanwhile their gaming division is completely separate. They're under the same umbrella in that they're both Sony owned companies, but they don't actually touch in any financial or legal way.
@@umachan9286I know. I was joking. I still agree with Josh's number one pick. Although If I counted Sony as a whole, and not just the gaming division, The Emoji Movie would be near the top.
Sony makes great games...but man, can they make some boneheaded decisions. Kinda like Nintendo. Also it’s truly a shame what happened to the Vita, ‘cause it had so much potential but was entirely screwed over by Sony.
And you guys know what the craziest part is? Josh listed Top 10 fails of Sony without even having to mention PlayStation All-Stars. That's impressive. Props to you, Josh.
Sony: (Doesn't see Nintendo as a competitor) That's bound to end as well as refusing to acknowledge the presence or threat of your opponent in a knife-fight
I mean Nintendo is indeed a threat but in a way we do need the competition to avoid the stuff Nintendo does from time to time. Imagine if Nintendo destroyed pc gaming by having a monopoly? Sometimes is better for companies to compete rather than a single one calling the shots.
18:05- everything after. I can’t believe they were so....honestly the only word to describe the level of arrogance they have is absurd. “ the 3ds is a babysitting thing” well apparently babysitting is more popular in my eyes than whatever was around then.
I’m kind of surprised for No. 7, you didn’t bring up the abysmal “All I Want For Christmas is a PSP” marketing that Sony paid for. It is so bad that it’s hard not to laugh at it. XD
Fun fact: Bravely Default (at least Bravely Second) has a monster called Enemy Crab, with attacks like Massive Damage. Even Square Enix poked fun at Sony, and I love it.
The Vita later became a really good piece of hardware for niche genres and titles, but alas, the problems mentioned here, especially the proprietary memory cards, killed it in the West. Funny enough, Japanese 3rd party support kept this thing alive for years after launch.
I would've liked the PS Vita and PSP, why'd they done fuck it up like that? Some library games looked good, like God of War titles, Dariusburst for the go, an Uncharted game and maybe GTA Chinatown Wars
Love the Number 1 on this list; extra points getting Linkara iinvolved, I had no idea you two had met. I knew you met Rob and Doug Walker (back before they effed up BIG time), but you get my point.
Okay aside from the recent stuff with Fallout 76 and a blunder that was the horse armor in Oblivion I think I don't think there's enough for Bethesda for top 10
@@00KingKiller I think there's enough for like a top 5 at least: 5). The Horse Armor (for being a precursor to cosmetic DLC and micro-transactions in mainstream gaming) 4). The general lack of progression both technology-wise in their games (using an engine based on the Gamebryo engine, which has it's roots to another shitty engine from the '90s.) and gameplay evolution wise, doing incremental upgrades rather than giant shifts (the biggest jumps are Oblivion to Skyrim, and Fallout NV to 4, and 4 stripped some features that were missed in NV, instead acting closer to Fallout 3 with better graphics and actual aiming, and reduced role-play mechanics (I have a lot to say on those subjects, but I'll leave it on that for now). 3). The PR disasters surrounding Fallout 76's launch (Canvas bag, Nuka-Rum, general PR, etc.) 2). Cutting pay bonuses for being 1 point off of the Metacritic score requirement of 85%, and generally trying to soft-restrict the development of Fallout New Vegas (forcing the team to use F3's engine and assets, and only giving them a year and a half to make the game). There's likely more stories behind that as well. 1). Fallout 76. The whole game , the game's launch, and what it stands for.
I cant even take these seriously. Sony has been slaying it for like 3 years straight. History is nice and all, but I'm on freakin' cloud nine right now.
@@RavinFox They've been slaying it with Exclusives, which they just publish and don't really have a hand in when it comes to development. That just states they have good First Party Studios. But a lot of their bushiness practices recently have been dreadful. Like locking away peoples Epic accounts with zero warning, or censoring games, etc. Meanwhile Microsoft has been making some great business moves like Xbox Game Pass or Halo MCC coming to PC, but they currently lack exclusives, which will likely change soon anyway since they just got 7 new companies last year
@@thewielder3445 Dude, first party is literally the closest you can get to these companies making that stuff and theirs have always been special. You can't even call that being lucky. Those are people who have been with them for ages. The killzone guys, which made games a ton of games on PS3 ended up making Horizon. It's sad that you can't even give them credit for that. I can already tell I'm talking to a hater when you can't even give the guys props for the love put into those games. You think its coincidence all these games have interactive photo modes? Oh, kinda like Fortnite... a game that released as a tower defense game, patched the _hell_ out of itself to become a battle royale because of PUBG and *suddenly* wanted be crossplay with new platforms that *just* can out and had yet to even get their own online straight. Honestly, the fact that everyone jumped into that without thinking shows how flawed it is. Switch owners are slowly losing universal features on other platforms and some people can't even stand the game anymore. And the coup de gras is that Sony has been doing crossplay games since the PS2 while Nintendo never got into it, and Xbox refused to join back into it after FFXI in the PS2 days. Ultimately Sony has every right to not only refuse cossplay with these guys, but has been doing it forever now and everyone is playing dumb to the fact that they have. Now *that's* sad. Furthermore, people are blowing the censorship higher than it actually is. Every game that's effected was already pushing it on the sexual side and not every case is censorship by Sony. Sometimes the Devs themselves really DO censor that stuff themselves but you guys are so blood thirsty for Sony that apparently, they're just the root of it all. Censorship apparently never existed before these guys. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Xbox doesn't sell platforms, misses out on a TON of Japanese games-- even canceling a major one, and quite frankly, has been the easiest platform for everyone to ignore because they have no exclusives which *IS* important to a platform. Also, they never would have even given out games for live if not for Sony. They've been charging for online since they appeared on the scene yet Sony was the one to teach them to actually offer services, if not games in the first place.
I'm surprised you mentioned how PSP was "killed" because I remembered that it was quite popular in East Asia (my region) .....but then, I also remembered that the reason for its popularity was because of how we can all hack it and download free games on the internet
13:00 It wasn't outright difficult. However it used a new processor that people weren't yet familiar with. As it became more common though the status of the PS3 rose and developers unleashed it's full potential.
For me personally (and while it may be a recent thing) the way Sony has started treating developers who are outside of the US. They've recently set it up that if you want put your game on their console you have to arrange a talk with them on their terms which means late and early nights depending on your timezone. And heaven help you if English isn't your native language. They won't get a translator. That's all on you. In fact they won't even have the meeting if you don't speak English/have an English translator. This especially infuriating because for a couple of years now they had a thing in Japan called "Play Doujin" that allowed small time and indie developers over there to publish their games on Sony's consoles and now they've turned around and told them to all go fuck themselves with these current actions. Treating developers like shit just because they aren't from the US is a terrible thing to do and it destroys everything they had going for themselves in the international market up until this point.
It's all the more disgusting that they're doing this since Sony WAS a Japanese company. Why do they feel the need to shit all over their home country and let Californian Naz.... I mean, "progressives"..... dictate what is and isn't okay on their platform?
This has aged well unfortunately given that recently, they closed down on their Japan studio (who made games such as Gravity Rush and Ico) just because Sony doesn’t see them as profitable and wanting to focus on larger studios like Naughty Dog. 😕
Let’s see, we got: Disc Locked Content For SFXT. Canceling Megaman Legends 3. Locking the True Ending Of Asuras Wrath Behind DLC. Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite. Megaman X6. Street fighter 5s launch.
Markel McDonald Yes But X6 was an unnecessary sequel that was made without inafunes permission, even X5 Was supposed to be the last game in the X Series, causing Inafunes production on the Megaman Zero Series to come to a halt, forcing him to rewrite the story from the ground up.
And now as a Microsoft supporter, I desperately want to see their fail list, and I bet, sealing their stance with Bungie has to be on the list. Microsoft has some bad moments, but hey, we at least have working backwards compatibility
The DreamChasers agreed especially what happened in 2013 with the Xbox one launch it’s a shame too that year tarnished its reputation its a good console ever since 2014
@@goldylover1000 Thankfully that failure managed to make them turn over a new leaf. They've been doing great since Phil Spencer took charge. And it looks like they're setting up for a great next gen with all the companies they bought last year
To think this once mighty company that rose from the spite of another, became such an egotistical and careless mess when Nintendo learned from that betrayal long ago. Sony's rise was important to gaming history.
Video was made before they announced that as far as I know. Yep, this video was uploaded near the start of February, and if I recall correctly, Sony didn't start doing their censorship policy until like April, so this video was before then, but I'm pretty sure Josh is pissed at that, too.
Oh, you mean that murder mystery game with a premise you have to try to get invested in because it doesn't make much sense from the outset? (Yes, I'm aware there's more going on in the background, but you don't learn about that until the end of the game.)
Fun fact: PlayStation Home was originally going to be a default hub for the PS3, but made it into a separate app. Just think about it, PlayStation home being your default hub that you can customize, find people to talk with and play games with. Then head off to game. Dang that would have been cool.
Hmmm, could also mention how despite not seeing Nintendo as a competitor. They have tried several times to copy them and failed each time. Motion controls, handhelds, touch controls, Smash Bros games, and of course the most recent Classic Mini system. Yeah, I know the date was early in the year, but still the PlayStation Classic tanked horribly right out of the gate. I think though that maybe that was the wake-up call to stop trying to copy Nintendo as the PS5 isn't going to be a hybrid system, at least not yet.
@@34_Conflict Well if anything seems to be able to make up for that horrible reveal for Genji - which also created false advertising - it's definitely the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima (granted, let's hope no demonic crustaceans show up in it).
number 8 is what pisses me off the most. I bought a game that looks like fun because my friends were playing. But when I bought the game, only 90% of the game required Playstation Plus to play and only 10% allowed you to play alone. I wanted to buy a game to play the game. I didn't want to buy the game to buy the game again. WHAT LOGIC IS THAT?!?!?! Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is what I bought. But now I'm worried about other games doing the exact same thing -- Borderlands 3 being a big example.
Here's a good Dishonorable Mention: Sony's severe mismanagement of Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale They created this new team called Superbot Entertainment just for the game, which comprised of several Fighting Game players and even Seth Killian, sounds like the makings of an awesome Crossover right? well it would be if it wasn't for the fact that Sony basically set them up for failure for several reasons: #1: The game's budget was equivalent to a low quality PSN store game which is a very big no-no when you have to do a big 1st Party Console Exclusive Crossover #2: Because Superbot was a new team and Sony allegedly had them do the character negotiations instead of doing it themselves, alot of 3rd Party companies were stingy with the characters that people actually wanted, hence why we got unwanted characters like Donte, Raiden, we allegedly almost got Lightning from FFXIII instead of Cloud and Crash and Spyro didn't even make it in at all cause of the amount of money Activision wanted in return, and the 3rd Party companies that DID contribute to the game owned characters that clearly aren't Playstation and used the game as a plug for their upcoming games ie. Big Daddy and Isaac Clarke #3: The eventual cutoff from Sony after the first DLC character pair (Kat and Emmett Graves) when they still had some stuff in the works was one of the final nails in the coffin for the game, Dart Feld from The Legend of Dragoon and Abe from Oddworld were shot down by Sony in favor of two more unwanted characters in the form of Zeus from God of War and Isaac Clarke from Dead Space, and to top it all off Superbot was promised support for the game (characters, marketing. etc) and it never materialized and they were left for dead In the end it's a semi fun crossover that leaves so much to be desired that's marred by severe mismanagement by the publisher, some design choices made by the Developer (Biggest problem with the scoring systems was trying to find the right Kill Confirms with each character, as well as still being Unbalanced even after the final Patch of the game, Kat from Gravity Rush especially is Bayonetta levels of Ridiculous), and the disgruntled fanbase that was here before and after the game's release (Donte especially was the last straw for the game leading up to its release), Nintendo fans (with a hint of the general gaming audience) didn't help matters either as they did nothing but call out the game for being a ripoff of Smash Brothers as well as the roster being full of "unknown" characters while Superbot struggled with getting what fans asked for due to Sony and the Stingy 3rd Party Companies. If there's anything anyone would like to add on I'd be pleased to hear it
Also there wasn't much stuff to get in the game to add replayability like Smash has trophies/achievements/spirits/stickers. That really irked me. Some of the characters were just for upcoming games such as Dante for DmC and Raiden for Metal Gear Revengeance. We wanted characters like Cloud/Sephiroth, Snake, Crash, Spyro, and Lara Croft but we got uhhhhh Big Daddy, Zeus, and Isaac Clarke. At least we got a recent game with Sir Daniel and Parappa I guess lol
Some would argue that Sony's attempt at a Smash clone was dead in the water since they don't even have that much of an iconic first-party line-up like Nintendo does (doesn't help that their history is relatively recent, having entered the console market in the mid '90s, and through it all, they mostly relied on third parties and had no intentions to establish a company mascot). It sounds like Sony just really hated this studio and wanted to have an excuse to get rid of them.
@@YamatoFukkatsu The thing is is that the first-party line-up thing shouldn't be an issue since last time I checked the game's intended audience is fans of the Playstation Brand, I for one heavily enjoyed the 1st Party characters they added (especially some of the more obscure ones like Parappa, Spike, and Fortesque), and another thing, given their Silence on the IP over 6 years later, I'm not even sure they're gonna bother deconfirming a Playstation All-Stars 2
I’m willing to bet that this countdown is the third of seven. Hmmm... Greed - Electronic Arts Wrath - Konami Pride - Sony Gluttony - ??? (Activision?) Envy - ??? (Not sure...) Lust - ??? (Microsoft?) Sloth - ??? (Nintendo?) What are your thoughts?
Ya know, that Sony Home thing actually sounds really cool. I'm a PlayStation fanboy, but I was dirt poor during the PS3 era (couldn't even afford to have internet or a smart phone) so all I could afford was a used XBox 360 and thus never knew this was a thing. It's a shame it didn't work out, because I would've loved it, and I bet it would've been really popular once VR came out and they implemented it.
Going with Persona 4 comparisons, if EA is Adachi and Konami is Izanami, does that make Sony Namatame? Or would they be more like Yosuke, with Capcom being Namatame? (And, for that matter, would that make Nintendo Yu Narukami?)
Getting your friends in on the sony quoting was great, Did not know you knew the majestic linkara of all people, and slightly wished that you managed to get Silverquill to voice one given some of his voices.
That Uncharted card game spinoff... I have a problem, but not with the game itself. Basically, negative fan reception is one thing, but that game was basically criticized for being a spinoff, and thus not having mainline uncharted gameplay. Like, do you guys not know how spinoffs work?
The entries about cross-play and backwards compatibility have gotten... really interesting recently. For starters, while Sony apparently DOES now allow for cross-platforming, they're also the only one that charges the developers in order to do so. This has lead to Randy Pitchford of Gearbox saying that they won't offer the Playstation version of Borderlands 3 to have crossplay, and for once, he doesn't seem like the one to blame. And then there's the PlayStation 4's internal clock. Apparently, someone recently discovered an "error" with the internal clock that, to cut a lot of technical jargon out to get to the point, is slowly counting backward and will brick the console when it hits zero, making it seemingly impossible to play games on the console. This would be bad enough, but considering this was discovered AFTER the the launch of the PS5, which was heavily hyped as having backwards compatibility, it feels less like a mistake and more like a really insidious calculation.
First, HOW did you get Linkara to do a voice clip? Secondly, I was expecting a lot of.....bad employee treatment. Nice to see they aren't THAT bad. And I swear, if people had their credit card info stolen, they should have alerted them the second they found out.
For the arrogance part, you could’ve also added a line Ken Kutaragi said about the PSP: “I believe we made the most beautiful thing in the world. Nobody would criticize a renowned architect's blueprint that the position of a gate is wrong. It's the same as that” (For context, the switch for PSP’s square button was moved, but not the button itself, leading to it sticking and being unresponsive. Sony didn’t care, of course, because they didn’t want to alter their precious handheld’s design and the quote above was their excuse).
PSP's UMDs/not so good launch and the PS Vita not doing well in sales(and having the lack of exclusive games on the console)is the reason why we need the PS5 to get it's own peripheral called the PS Nova which would have backwards compatibility to previous games on the PSP/Vita, a long battery life, the features of the PS5, a backlight, an extensive library, streaming being avaliable, SD memory cards, a touch screen, and advanced cartridges(in the power of the Nintendo Switch's major amounts of processing on a cartridge)as well as compatibility to the PS5 and playing both the home and portable console PlayStation games throughout the years on the go.
Sony was pushing their memory card things because they still had some bizarre idea that they could somehow push SD cards out of the market in favor of their own solution even though SD cards had already thoroughly dominated the market as far back as the original PSP.
Every video game company has flaws. It’s great to see a channel not discriminate between any company. I won’t even be angry if you point out the flaws of Nintendo.
This almost needs a dishonorable mentions. How they screwed devs with censorship on the 11th hour with an "Or else we won't allow it" is one I thought would have slid in the list.
This company I only play the psp that’s where I play my first sonic game but if you put a weapon on me and choose which console I like i would pick Sony (although I am Nintendo and sonic dude) because idk I guess i like the games library better I guess they just need to stop being arrogant pieces of work, offer backward capabilities, stop motion controls, and better handling of the products better moreover the hand held market
I would like to see a top 10 Nintendo fails. Candidates would be giving Philips free reign with their mascots which let to the infamous Philips CDI games. Them making project atlantis far too ambitious which ultimately doomed it and made the now 8 year old Gameboy soldier on. It was almost dead until Pokémon breathed new life into it. Their insistence on using cartridges over discs on the N64. Their idea of competing head on with Sony over hardcore gamers.
4:20 Well. Not necessarily. Rumble can interfere with the motion controls and it requires a lot of fine-tuning to mitigate. Nintendo put in that effort but Sony did not. Nintendo could afford to put so much resources into the controller because the console itself was quite easy to develop. They were making rumble but were having trouble perfecting it. With the X-360 already out they made the decision to just cut the rumble out since it was entirely optional so that the PS3 could be released.
So is there going to be a Nintendo fails and Microsoft fails countdown in the future by any chance? I mean you did EA, Konami, and now Sony so it wouldn't surprise me if you do them.
5:56 I see that ratchet skin, don't fool me Josh! All jokes aside, you're very well spoken based on video game companies and their mistakes. While I do love Ps4 games, their decisions can disappoint players based on what they think of their news. Well done joker! Your flames have been blessed. 🔥
Decided to return to this video after all the garbage Sony has done these past several months. Glad to know your points about their arrogance haven't changed a single bit. You're going to have a field day talking about them in 2021's fail video, I just KNOW IT.
Top 10 Nintendo fails, maybe? Though tbh Nintendo may be the most “innocent” of the game companies. I mean the “fails” they commit feel more like they experimented on an idea and when it didn’t work out, they pull out before going in too deep. And you gotta commend them for that. they know to play it safe. Also I love the PS Vita. RPGs on the go? Yes plz.
Shit, Persona 4 Golden is coming to Xbox and Switch this year. Along with Persona 3 Portable and Persona 5 Royal Seems like Atlus is getting tired of Sony's shit.
