When spombing, how do you account for depth and swing back when you wrap up? Example: I’m fishing a rig at 15 wraps to a spot 6ft deep. Should I wrap my spomb at the same distance, shorter or further? Thanks
I am just using any sort of snag leader with reduced stretch. Works fine for me. If you attach it to the mainline with a Mahin knot, it works pretty well. Although this knot from a 0.60 mm snag leader to a 0.20ish mainline is somewhat tricky to knot reliably.
