You just need to be in the rhythm. Riding a bike or driving a car requires to do things in time too. But indeed, this video is no fun, compared to other places like this.
That chamfering operation is scary as hell too. It’s just cycling away. No stopping it. Hand loading and un loading nuts. Get one crossed up in there… the cutter head is still coming down. Have your hand in the way…the cutter head is still coming down.
What country should pay for it? Here in America our citizens are struggling because bureaucrats have sold all the jobs overseas and there's nothing for anyone to do and be proud of and make money
Yeah. Totally different regulations on exposure to hazardous materials. Why so many jobs have been shipped overseas. Should require the same standards on ALL imports
These machines are 192o's technology. The punch and stamping presses are prone to repeating. Thousands of fingers were severed in their time. No goggles or safety glasses, no masks, no hearing protection. No housecleaning. This is how we get cheap products from overseas. I'm happy the kids are earning a wage to support their families although I doubt it's a living wage.
I doubt these are exported. You can buy better quality parts for a lower price than you will get from Pakistan. The only reason that Pakistan has such inefficient factories is because they charge 80% import duties.
Kid poking his finger in the cutter hole to get the last bit of steel cut, absolutely mad! The bloke picking the nuts up with a heavily bandaged finger, wonder what his previous job was!!!!?
Why? Those children that worked in the factories prior to 1938 went on to build the greatest nation in the history of the world...That's one of the great problems of today; the kids are spoiled and lazy...From a Baby Boomer.
You might want to refresh yourself on our laws. 14-15 can work outside of school hours. There are limitations but honestly how often do you hear of enforcement activities, rarely at best. Now here is an ugly truth, most countries around the world are going to be forced to return to this practice because of declining population growth. Children will be allowed to do more and more jobs that may not be completely "safe" in order to free up older people to do the more hazardous work. Countries like China and Russia are completely screwed. The US would have been in deeper than we are but we have been engaged in the largest population steal in history for the last twenty of so years.
@@michaelstevens3479 well we certainly didn’t have dangerous child labour, and I can’t remember a time where India sent aid to any western countries, they should sort their mess out before sending rockets to the moon as you well know.
In order to prove structural capacity and uniform quality standards, first world bolts are carefully manufactured and tested. When you buy a first workd bolt you know what it is made of and how strong it is. This bolt fabrication from scrap unknown steel may be dangerous if any of them wind up in any real structural system.
Bet you’ll never see one of these kids protesting on a college campus much respect, hard-working . Americans and foreigners in the United States. Don’t understand how good they have it!
Most campus protests are engineered and not grassroot, on the other hand, why would you wish people to comply with the BS we're mocked with in the so called western world? Wear triple mask and save the climate, you know...
I watch other videos where they are taken down when a 14 year old drives his own car in his own backyard while his father is watching but this child labor is ok? YOU TUBE WHERE ARE AT ON CHILD LABOR!!!!
Apart from the child labour and total lack of any safety an interesting video but not a happy video. More people should see this stuff and understand what it is like in poor countries.
Die armen Kinder können nicht Kind sein 😢. Und die Bosse stopfen sich die Taschen voll und die Arbeiter müssen unter diesen gesundheitsschädlichen Umständen arbeiten 😮
Thought was that just maybe they could, uh, purchase some 1035 low-medium carbon steel… It can be dunked in brine after the forging process while still hot, to give added strength - roughly comparable to a grade 5 nut - and then machine a bit more readily…
Teriam quê usarem luvas devido a um local com muitas condições insalubres com maquinas mais eficientes para confeccionar um maior número de peças trabalhadas e também as crianças deveriam estarem nas escolas estudando pois são menores de idade.
I don’t normally comment, but that really is disgusting. Not even a nod to safety for these kids. Sure, I get an education may not be possible and families need to eat, but how much does it take to set up a few guards, wear gloves, and otherwise refine the process so he isn’t sticking his finger in the chopper, or near the milling blades later, or soaking in old engine oil. It’s one thing to have economic realities, another just to plain give less than zero fucks about a kids safety.
I never want to hear a teenager complain about the fast food restaurant they are working in. Also, there is legislation now so they can work longer hours. We are backsliding.
There is lack of safety culture and there is stupid… unlike most of similar videos that lean to a first 2/3 of tasks in this video are clearly crossing into a second territory.
Most kids in the west have no idea how lucky they are what with clean clothes trainers playstations school the list is quiet endless compaired to these kids .
