I think you need to apply to more than 3 They are still recruiting and nothing stopped. Those ones you applied to only said something specific to their own agency, not generally. I know of people who got job last month.

Verification is going to recommence on March 1st 2024. It’s just going to be a little more complex and require more than before. That’s the difference.
