giving up on sodas 10 years ago i only drink sparkling water for lunch and dinner and through out my work day.. topo chico has always been my go too when i craved something bubbly.. especially with on ice mixed with some lime juice and some tajin seasoning it goes so well..
You lucked out. For someone who says they don't usually like unflavored mineral water, it was a bold move to buy a box of 18 bottles before having tried it before, lol.
My go-to drinks for light tasting drinks are flavored but unsweetened mineral water or unsweetened black iced tea. I would get something like this and add lime (like u suggested) or cucumber, etc. I occasionally will get a Dr Pepper, but once I got used to this kinda thing, sodas taste unbearably sweet to me now. I like carbonated water though I don't get it that often. This looks even more bubbly than the ones I've tried, so I'm going to seek it out. SO.... when you're in Italy next and the waiter asks you "gas or no gas" what are you going to pick? Pro tip, if you're in Florence fill up your bottles in the free fountains that have your choice of gas or no gas, free, clean water.
Not really a fan of carbonated water. If I do get it, it's usually Perrier or San Pellegrino. I can't stand the LaCroix because of the way it burns my throat and their flavors aren't very good. I think I may have bought this a couple years ago from a Mexican Market here. If I remember right they had A lime flavor I also tried and a Grapefruit one I passed on. I don' think I was a fan of how carbonated it was. Might pick up a bottle and give it another go.
Hmm well it's quite carbonated so it sounds like you were sipping the right stuff...very comparable to those other two you like though. Hey worst case is you don't like a bottle and just let it go flat and lose some carbonation haha
That box of Topo Chico looks like what a rich kid would bring in on Spanish food day for extra credit. I can't stand carbonated water so I definitely will not try it.
