Topping D50 vs D30 vs D70 recorded by focusrite 6i6 

I listened to your comparison 3 times with Grado GW100 headphones. Here is what I heard. D50 - seemed to really bring out the voice of the singer, the high hat and the snare drum were very clear. Bass from the kick drum was as it was being kicked in the room I'm in and the banjo strings were very clean and clear. D30- Vocals became brighter and the kick drum was solid but not as full as the D50 the banjo was clear but the high hat, snare sounded a bit muted compared to the D50. D70 - The vocals were amazing I could hear the singers voice extremely clear the kick drum was warm and not overly bassy and the banjo was clear. The high hat and snare drum weren't as present as the D50. For this comparison for me the D50 wins slightly over the D70 and then the D30. I would like to hear the same three comparisons with acoustic guitar and piano without vocals.. Great video..

The most obvious difference to me was the 3D effect / stage depth / microdynamics and higher resolution of D50 and D70 and the single-dimensional and darker sound of D30.

D50 and D70 are similar sound characteristic sound powerful,detailed,and dynamic but D70 have more resolution. D30 have slow and mellow characteristic with less detailed and power on the midrange tone. All have good performance but I like powerfull sound than mellow.

D70 comfortably.

Listening thru duet apogee and Charter Oak SP-1 headphones it's D70 clear #1.

D50 is a bit dry and thin sounding. D30 with a a decent power source was warm and full sounding. D70 is a bit less rich sounding but has a fullness of presentation and low frequency output that unsurprisingly, bests the others.

d50 is dark sounding. d30 is good. d70 has little bit of texture on vocals than d30.

what artist is this? Great video btw. I prefer the D70 sounds more detailed to me.

#1 D30, #2 D70, #3 D50. More flesh on those D30 bones and the instruments sound more natural.

Hi. I'm sorry but did you swap dac chip in D30? Spec state comes with Cirrus CS4398 DAC chip. Chip you listed on Topping website is in D10. Thanks for your great videos!
