Huh....I've watched ALOT of tennis instructional vids, this is by far one of the best, nicely done!

Very good video. Best video on this product I’ve seen with good scientific explanations… except the rotation of the elbow. Otherwise, spot on.👏🏾

Great video. I've been playing tennis for 40 years and still learning so much about the forehand. One key thing is good form helps out tremendously with arm health. I may get one of these tools.

I have watched this video a few times over the past few months, the "wrist action" seems to be a very polarizing topic among coaches.

You're right - it certainly is. The way I have found that describes it best is to say that the wrist has as passive role in the stroke, but it still has a role. Yes, the movement is triggered at the shoulder and this long-axis rotation is then significantly added to at the elbow and then the final movement is the wrist from ulnar to radial deviation. To suggest the wrist does not move is completely wrong. All you have to do is swing a racket with your wrist locked in an ulnar deviated position. It's simply impossible to execute a wind-wiper forehand with a locked wrist.

01:10 "Players are hitting with an extremely steep swing path. " (Shows Rafa video). But Rafa's swing path to contact is not very steep at all! Swing path BEFORE contact is relatively linear. Follow thru AFTER contact is steep.

You're absolutely right. And the purpose of the TopspinPro is to reflect the steepness from contact onwards (although slightly exaggerated). This 'constrained coaching' method then forces the player to adjust what they do before contact to make the correct finish.

IT seems the idea of the wrist in this video contradicts what the .pdf says when you get the TopSpin Pro.
