The plaintiff is not a scammer. She has to keep suing to try to get her money. Its small claims court. No guarantee you will get your money. In the other case, the defendant was pregnant, and now it seems like she doesn't have an inch of responsibility, so now she doesn't care. The only was that this plaintiff might get her money through the government. This case was before covid hit, and if the defendant had custody of her child and she got money from the government, then maybe the plaintiff got at least some of her money. Sad sad case

OK. I ended up going down a rabbit hole on this plaintiff's name, and all I can say is this is going to be a confusing ride, so hold on, people! Waynenita Perryman sued this lady, Naomi, here, for blowing up her house. Judge Mathis: 2 different cases with her. 1st - She sued this SAME LADY, Naomi, who she said was her SISTER in that case, who she let live in her rental house. She sued her for unpaid rent, trashing and destroying the house, by partying and giving her dog away. 2nd - She sued ANOTHER lady, different name, who she said was THE LADY that was her dad's pregnant girlfriend, for blowing up her house. The rest of the story is exactly the same as the People's Court case here. Sneaking in the house, turning on the stove, explosion, blah blah blah. Are you confused yet?? Well there's more!! Judge Faith- She was suing her BROTHER, Dante Perryman, not the same guy in this People's Court case, for AGAIN living in her rental house. He supposedly owed her for rent and crashing her car. NOW, are you confused yet?? Well then... Judge Judy - She was suing a guy, who she said was her friend, who is NOT any of the above 2 guys. She said he AGAIN was living in her rental house, and she said he owed her for unpaid rent and destroyed her house by partying. She also was supposedly away on vacation when ALL of these events happened! She ended up winning ALL of these cases and got a total amount of about $24,000!! The ONLY thing I know for sure is that SOMEBODY'S house exploded in East Cleveland because there was a news station video on it. Just look up her name on RU-vid and you will find all of the above videos!!

Wow! I just found out the women she suing here, she sued on Judge Mathis as her sister who owed her for something else! Then the women she sued on judge mathis for destroying her house is a completely different women!

Okay so can someone explain to me which version of this case is actually real?? She sued a completely different woman for this same thing on Judge Mathis. So unless she has two separate houses that have burned down in the exact same way just by two different women, then I’m inclined to believe one or both of these cases is a fabrication.
