She was also at work. Also if she was working for her kids she doesn’t sound like a bad mom. She legit was doing something she has to do to support her kids.

The Judge said she has government help with money for her sisters children that she has custody of.

That's not the case before the judge. The case here is for a loan and property versus rent for han adult.

The loan and child support are different cases

It’s her own fault she called the police on her sister to take the kids and get government assistance because if she was really concerned and wanted to help she would’ve just kept the kids while her sister’s at work

Un you get checks when you have kids that's not yours. Which is why she doesn't want to give them back.

That's why they don't use lawyers so JM always seems to be in the right and its still her show instead of court of law.

No. The defendant gave her the kids for the summer without the courts approval. She can't give her the kids without the court agreeing to it. She probably got temporary custody until the court decides what to do. If she had her shit together and the court found her fit the custody would be permanent. It's not up to the plaintiff to decide if she's now fit to have her kids.

​@@oxtailgravy she got temporary custody suggests the court thinks she's fit. Yes the court still has to decide, but the defendant says they're still fighting for custody. She doesn't have to be involved for the courts to decide if the mother should get the kids permanently.

CPS wouldn’t get involved unless the children were at risk. Brown skin sister did what was best for the innocent children not the negligent mother. According to her this had happened before. Good thing auntie got involved before something horrible happened to the children
