I would be shocked if the NWS permitted it to be called that. I watched the whole thing unfold on RU-vid, here - the size of the debris cloud on radar, the radar reflections, all of it. Amateur meteorologists and tornado fans? Yeah, we can probably find the evidence to call it an EF5.. the NWS? They REALLY don't like applying that label. Political reasons. They'll do anything they can to worm their way out of it.
It's dangerous no matter where you live. Fire, earthquake, tornado, hurricanes, floods. No matter where you live, get in line and take your chances. I wish reporters would be more sympathetic to those who lost everything. Don't ask the homeowner what their plans are now, especially those who recovered from the flood or tornado in the past.
Sorry to see the destruction they need better building codes. Sometimes a couple hundred dollars worth of framing clips and hardware can make the difference between your roof blowing off and not. Construction methods very similar to what we have here in California which gives the structure earthquake resistance.
Channel 6 is cheap! Really, You put these plain young ladies in to Cheap ugly outdated, Green dresses on a day when it was their day to shine! Shame on you cheap budget cutting department!
When people are losing everything they have why do you people have to make some kind of political jab? Simpletons can't get away from politics for a tragedy. Shameful.
Your still alive dont thank man thank God.... we don't see Sign after sign that gods grace and mercy is running thinn... as we continue to live our lives with out him...repent before its to late
Big homes in cow fields. They'll all be lookin' for that gub'mint cheese, no doubt, to double the size of their carbon footprint when they rebuild, and then whine about the price of gas.
