What a boss report. I know it's about catching, I hope the state employees listen, so they understand the results. What a year. Teeners, half the size of two decades ago, but lots of them.

The shallow water is dark. Same systems for 40 years. Shallow early head out deep. And repeat. And repeat and repeat
