Slam is really in a weird place where the hardcore crowd is beginning to move in. Slam is historically a metal thing. So it'll be interesting to see where the scene is in a few years. Hopefully less fights lol
@@honkyman2869 there were two genres mentioned which fit well into eachother. They influence eachother. If torture isn’t Beatdown Slam with hardcore influence what is it? They’ve only been making music for a fair minute now. Also I don’t think they’d be getting placed on hardcore events if they weren’t hardcore😂 You don’t see roundhouse kicks at any other event. Deathcore…Hardcore…Beatdown.. all falls under the same category.

Beatdown is boring and attracts meathead jocks. Bands were literally playing this same sound in the early '00s. Zero musical progression in 25 years. You'll grow out of it.
