The charges are as followed: assault with a semiautomatic firearm; having a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle; and discharging a firearm with gross negligence. Tory should not have been charged with any of these offenses. His DNA was not on the GUN, an expert confirmed that with a complete DNA analysis. They never tested Kelsey, The bodyguard nor Megan’s DNA, that’s not the process. Everyone should have been tested for the process of elimination. The gun was in Megan’s possession in her bag, that’s where Kelsey got it from. Why hasn’t anyone questioned how tf Kelsey know there was a gun to go grab in the first place; she helped pack Megan’s bags. Kelsey should have been charged with these offenses that’s why Tory is fighting so hard for his Constitutional rights because they were violated. He didn’t receive a fair trial, due process wasn’t served. Megan and Kelsey should be sitting in prison. Megan for lying to the police, obstruction of Justice, perjury. The driver finally revealed the truth and said Kelsey pulled the gun after fighting with Megan, all Tory did was try to stop her 3. The affidavit makes a huge difference. It proves Tory never had the intention to harm her and that Megan’s entire accusation of Tory randomly shooting her while telling her to dance was completely fabricated 4. Proves Kelsey had the motive as she was in a fist fight with Megan and introduced the gun into the situation 5. The driver gives way more context to Sean Kelly’s confusing testimony

It does change his charges because I think he got booked on illegal weapon possession as well so that would throw that out if it’s not his gun and then I think he had discharging a firearm in a gross manner but if he is wrestling the gun away from someone else who is trying to discharge the firearm than that would throw that out I don’t remember what the other charges were but those were the big ones I think

The driver is the second person to confirm that the girls were fighting each other and Kelsey grabbed the gun. Why are the girls lying about fighting each other that night? Isn’t that perjury?
