That was exactly my thoughts! I have new respect for Heather's strength, balance and flexibility... I gave up on some exercises and didn't use the ball as I just didnt have the strength! Or I fell off the bloody thing 🤪🙈🤣
I think it helps if your ball is a little bit deflated. At least, that's the only reason why I think I did better the second round (my ball has a slow leak)!! :)
Please tell me I wasn’t the only one chasing the stability ball around!! 🤣!! Tough workout! 3 months later and I am still a hot mess!! Oh and P.S. I think my ball is defective! 🤣
You are definitely not alone! Hahah this was really tough... I had to just hold myself in a plank position during the plank leg lifts whenever I felt unstable.. I will keep working on it though! Haha thanks Heather!
Wow this looks amazing so creative! That’s why I love Heather’s channel, there’s soooo many workouts to choose from and so much variety!!! We’re so lucky! HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE ♥️🎄✨🎀
I did this again after 11 months, and it's still challenging. My core needs to get stronger. I should do this regularly to see if I improve. This, definitely, isn't an easy workout. What a cardio workout as well!!!
I feel so heard right now cos a few weeks ago I wrote a comment about needing more workouts including the stability ball as I invested in it for the 12 weeks program. Love you Heather xx
OMG You make it look so easy! Half the time I was laughing hysterically re my attempts to get the move down! Havent done much stability ball but it was fun and definintey challenging! Will see how I feel tomorrow - I have an inklilng that I may discover some new muscles that I never knew I had!? lol Thank you!
Okay ... I just gotta report that my stability ball has a mind of its own ... Won't listen, does it's own thing ... bad ... bad bad stability ball ... In any case, I'd determined to tame the ball ... I will win ... Thanks so much for a fabulous Calendar Friday workout ... Enjoy the weekend ... and be safe, and happy ...
Love this workout! THANKS Heather!! It's great to have something NEW! Also, for those who do not yet have a stability ball, I am 5'-4" and I am finding that the 45cm ball is slightly small and the 55cm ball is slightly large. What I ideally need is a 50cm ball. It seems like a small difference, but sizing it correctly for your body makes a big difference in good form, the correct difficultly level, and safety. For example, the larger ball makes some exercises, like bird dog, easier and other exercises, like split lunges, harder. If you want to do the workout like Heather, it is important to get the right size! I hope this helps others! :)
Do they make a 50cm ball as I have not found one yet. I have a 45cm, and, 55cm and I agree with you on that. I'm 5'4" too and find some exercises with the ball to be perfect but others not so.
Greetings from wonderful sweet and cold Sweden. This is very good for balance and coordination. I am a 57-year-old old woman who likes to do exercises and videos. I became a youtuber a month ago. And got the motivation and positive energy from young people like you. Thanks for sharing
Stability ball: 1 Me: 0 I spent half the time falling off and chasing after the ball, 😩 but I'm gonna come back to this one and try again with (hopefully) better results.
I'm a little mixed on this workout...because it was very difficult. My balance is not good, despite having done Heather's workouts for over a year. With that said, I love a good challenge, and will be repeating this one again....and again....to get better. Thank you Heather!
Heather, just today I was looking for some routines with swiss ball, I hope you could make a routine combining weights and swiss ball for strenght. Thank you for all that you do! :)
Just tried this workout for first time after beginning a Pilates routine 4 months ago. I couldn't get through the entire workout, but it was outstanding cardio! I will try to do more next attempt..
I had two sizes of balls for variety and that helped. Sometimes I ditched the ball and modified. I am sweating and my heart is in high gear. Thanks Heather! Also I have been doing the full body stretch a lot and it is from memory. Just what I needed after a full day of Christmas cleaning last night...and again this morning.
The first round really got me questioning my stability, but the second round showed some improvements. Really liked it. It felt like a different way of working out compared to the workouts I often pick💪🏼
I love stability ball workout. However, I haven't used my ball in a while and it got slightly deflated, which makes the work out even more wobbly and challenging! thank you Heather!
The last time I did this workout was two years ago, and the strength, agility and balance I've acquired doing HR regularly is amazing. Still not able to do that high pike but it's a great all-around workout.
I had pretty major knee surgery over the summer and am just getting back to regular routine. I loved this workout (I think my PT would too!). I"m going to keep this in my routine as it was perfect strength builder without being too high impact Thank you!!
Best gym ball workout ever! The ball added challenge to my core stability and Heather has very controlled movement targeting each muscle group! Will do it again! Thanks Heather for making such great workout!
OMG thank goodness for the pep talk in the description box! I was trying a little of the workout in prep for tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I've never felt so ungraceful. I could definitely feel my core though! Thanks for another challenge, Heather, you are the best!!!
Hi Heather, this was my first workout together with you and I must say it belongs to my top 5, and believe me I have tried millions of workouts of different trainers. I am a PT myself, always looking for inspiration and new ideas and this one was really great! You got my follow, my like and my appreciation. Thank you for that!
Thank you soooo much for this workout!! Please, please more stability ball! I love working out with it. A 40 or 45 min workout would be much appreciated when you have the time :*
After a session of running this past week end , this session was my recovery exercise... worked my core and back... Have a Good day HR .. blessings and Love
Looks like we are going to have fun taming that stability ball 🏀 again. Thank you 😊 challenge is going to be a good one . Merry Christmas 🎄 to you and your family.
Holy crap! I was not prepared for that. You make it look so easy. I saw the preview and was thinking, oh that will be a nice, easy workout. Boy was I wrong! At 55 I am in good shape and keep up with all of your workouts but this one was tough! Love it - keep 'em coming!!
Wow,Heather!!!Thanks so much for this!!I have ordered a fitness ball for your workout!Super amazing! It was an indeed a super energetic and all about strength and balancing which i think i did pretty good for the first attempt! Loads of thanks for this AWESOME workout,Heather!!!!❤️🌟
Wow this must be one of the hardest work outs I’ve done. It’s been days since I’ve done it and my abs are still hurting. ( you know that enjoyable pain, because you know it was working). Good one Heather! 🙂
Not gonna lie. This one was a bit challenging, but I kept up with it and modified a bit with some moves. Thanks again, Heather!! Are we going to see a 12 week program again starting January of 2021?
OMG this one was the most difficult workout I've done from you!! I am not sure if the ball was too inflated or if I was just hopeless with my core and my balance!!!
Wow! That was a stabilizing challenge! This really centered me and made me focus. Thank you, Heather for always making it challenging, fun and never boring!!!
I liked it because I have a stability ball and it's different. But it was hard!!! I couldn't do quite a few of them and I'm dying to learn how to do that pike move on the ball. I fall over immediately! So I watch you and dream that maybe one day I'll figure it out, lol!
The idea of the ball is a great idea! The instability aspect of it is what makes us stronger! Makes us use muscles we typically don’t on stable machines or the floor. Awesome!! Thank you! I’ll be doing this one later this morning!! 💪🏼
I hadnt done stability ball since june or soo!! I feel like a worm and shaking everytime!!! However I really feel Im working core and body stability!! Thanks a lot!!! Happy Holidays!!!
Definitely a challenge! Wow! I wonder if I need a smaller stability ball...mine is 65cm and sooo wobbly and squishy! I did the lunges and planks -and maybe another exercise - without the ball. Still got a nice workout though!
One of the most challenging ones I've done!!!! I know my core got a great workout...gonna do this again in a month to see if I improved....I was definitely humbled
Today was very discouraging and frustrating, but not because of your workout - this was great! It was more that I realised my stability ball is actually too big. And because of that I couldn't do so many moves properly and fell down the ball all the time. Also my wrists and back hurt a lot and I just felt week in general. I will be buying a better stability ball in the right size and try again soon. Tomorrow is a new day :)
I was way too smug at the start of this video but here I am at the end shaking and sweating with a newfound respect for the stability ball. Great workout!
There were 3-4 of these moves I could not do with the ball. However, the rest were awesome and pike/ plank can be done w/out the ball. Thanks for the workout!
I agree this one is a HUGE challenge for me!!! I absolutely love it! My workout goal this year is to be able to do this whole workout without having to modify. 🤗💪
It would be awesome if you can post a stability ball workout for beginners! this one it's really hard, I couldn't do most of the exercises, but I really tried!!
Hi Heather, very intense exercise, balance and stability '. Difficult but I did it. These exercises are also needed to stay in shape. So thank you thank you thank you. Make others. I like them and even if you don't seem to sweat a lot.
Hi heather, this is one of my favourite workouts! I do it on repeat about 3 times a week. Would love it if you did another 30 min-ish stability ball workout! Thanks in advance 😁
I have never in all my years done a full body with stability ball. OmG I felt frustrated in some but I kept going. It was challenging but I need that some times. Was shaking like a salt shaker. Thanks Heather for always keep it challenging 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Looks are deceiving. This looked easy peasy but it was not, it was soooo challenging. This is a keeper. You are so strong. You give the definition of stable to that stability ball. Lol. Thank you.
I so love the creativity you have with the ball between with it balace and everything you do i am so addicted to your training because you are so good and creative your training at a good level thank you very much 🥰❣❤
I don't currently have a stability ball, BUT I am pretty sure my husband is gifting me one for Christmas! I can already tell this one will be a real challenge!
ok now.... this is definitely a goal workout to try to achieve. Made it half way. Stopped because I wanted to be safe with my body, not hurt my back or joints due to hypermobility. I would love if there were a modified version shown in order to work up to this video. :)
Whoa! That was indeed challenging…coming back from a few days off after being sick and thought I’d ease into things. Ha! I’m going to do this one again (and probably again) until I get it all. Thanks Heather! You inspire me and so many others to push ourselves! 💚👸✨🙌🏼💃🏻❤️🔥💫⚡️🌈🧘🏻♀️💪🏼
