Excellent. I had a L Hip replacement last year and am brushing up on technique for my R Hip. Clearly explained with how to do it and what NOT to do. Thank you.

I just had my ankle totally replaced. I hate crutches. My knee roller is a pain in the a%%. I might try a walker.
